Skylight Contractor reviews in Beaverton, Oregon

I worked with Trey, the owner of the company, and had a very positive experience. He responded quickly, communicated clearly, and addressed any issues promptly throughout both the installation and finishing stages. Additionally, because he works with Velux, his quote was more competitive and cost-effective compared to other providers.

The Salem office is closed and the building is for sale. 😕

Inconsiderate and reckless

Quick and professional installation.

Amazing displays for skylights

Appreciate the great customer service

Very nice and helpful staff!

Very professional, great work, fair prices. Couldn't be happier.

Light Benders owe me a refund and they have not paid me after multiple phone calls and them promising to refund me. Not yet ! Since Nov 2017 !!

Great professionals and solid installation! Changed our attic!

Great work, our 3rd Solatube. Especially liked the rechargeable low voltage solar light we added as an extra.

I was extremely pleased with the entire process. I highly recommend this company and will likely use their services again in the future.

The estimate was reasonable, the contractor performing the work was great and I'm very happy

Thank you!! It works SO WELL The installers were efficient and cleaned up after themselves.

I made an appointment on the online consultation request form. This was confirmed. I took time off work to make sure I was home. No one showed up. I called and the lady who answered the phone told me that the online appointment calendar is not followed and there was no appointment for me and they were planning to take it off their website!
I am appalled by this complete disregard for my time. I was planning on using Solatube because of the product reviews, however now I plan to look at other products because the customer service can only be better than this!

The team installed three solar tubes in our home. They were prompt, polite, responsive, efficient and left the place spotless. I would definitely use them again

Great experience with Light Benders. Quick and professional and add a ton of light to the space. Love it!
Thank you!

Needed a new exhaust fan installed in my bathroom. They installed the fan and then told me that they could not wire it in. I spent $533 for the fan + install and another $233 for 15 minutes of an electricians work. They never informed me that one of the two workers was not an electrician . Very dissatisfied.

I recently spoke with Kellan at Light Benders,
Very professional and great deals. He can match or beat the big box stores. I’m very impressed with his business model.
Thank you

this was the best experience i had with any contracting company. the skylight is beautiful. thank you so much for the amazing communication along the way!

I purchased solar lights from Light Bender’s 6 years ago. I had a problem with one and notified the company. The owner came out the next day to review the situation and had it repaired within 3 hours. I highly recommend this company and love their product.
