We needed to find someone to come and repair our parents 5 year old Maytag washing machine.
After reading reviews, we decided on AAS, and we were not disappointed. I called after closing, left a message they returned my call Monday morning. Made a time to come look at washer the next day.
After coming in to a challenging situation the repair technician got right to work. Inspecting, diagnosing, retrieved needed part from truck. He had the washer up and running in a timely manner. When finished he showed me the part that was broken, explained what it was called what it was supposed to do. And why it wasn't doing it.
We were very pleased and gave the machine a work out doing laundry until 11 o'clock that night.
Thanks to Dean for your pleasant manner and more than fair repair bill. I highly recommend Advanced Appliance Solutions.

I thought we needed a new dishwasher but Dean showed us how routine maintenance would make it work perfectly. While he was at it we got tips on our garbage disposal refrigerator and washer dryer.

I had thought a company that repairs appliances might be able to work around a water heater.. evidently, they have no knowledge or care to work with or around water heaters.. since installing a dryer hose that wraps behind a water heater was so hard a challenging for these professionals they said, "im out of here" and my elderly mother had to do the job herself. So although they may be good at some electrical repairs. They are definitely unqualified to assist an old lady with a dryer hose. So don't go do these guys for anything other than absolute basic basic basic repairs. Like unscrewing a bolt. If they even understand how to do that. Idk.

Deans response for service was stellar. He repaired our washing machine quickly and followed up by phone for possible remedies if needed but he was confident he fixed the problem.call him!
