We had the pleasure of meeting the crew at our future home. They were knowledgeable, talented, and nice. There are currently a lot of frustrating problems with the house but it's nice to know electrical won't be one of them. We don’t think we’ll need any electrical work anytime soon but if so we wouldn’t hesitate to call this company out again.

No one ever answered the phone and i did not feel like leaving voicemail message. Just called a different vendor.

I own an auto repair company. All of a sudden our compressor didn't work. Called the company that we had purchased it from. He showed up really fast, but after checking it, said I needed an electrician. He couldn't help. Called 1st Electric, (had used once before) and told them our situation. Mark and Vasiliy showed up and started looking at it. They decided the breakers in the electrical panel were at their end of life, mostly burnt. After showing me, decided we needed a whole new panel. We could have a really big fire. They decided it shouldn't wait until the next day. They left and came back installed it and no fire! Very professional and knew what they were doing. I will use again. We really appreciate how fast and thorough they were. I've already recommended them for other people. Thanks again

Now it is August 2022. Same info from above. We have 2 electrical boxes. The 1st one they replaced a while ago. Yesterday morning, we heard the breaker sizzling and we knew that was a bad thing. Called 1st Electric and they were out here within the hour. Had to have a new box. Mark came out and of course nothing fit or was the same. He had to modify everything on the new box. So for most of the day, we had no phones, computers, credit card machine and no coffee ( we have an expresso drive through) and no power tools or lifts. By 4:45 he had us up and running. What a great company. Thank you for keeping us in business with all the electrics.

Ok after reading the reviews on line, let me tell you. The ones that want to complain about this company are wrong..........

We hired this company (who was referred to us) and I could not have asked for a better service. Making a decision to upgrade our kitchen, we called in Chris McCarthy and let me tell you, this is one of the most responsive, knowledgeable, nice group of people we have ever worked with. When we had questions, he answered our calls and texted us right back. They did an excellent job for Me and my Husband with our new kitchen! Very personal group of guys. We highly recommend this company. So if all of you say bad things, I know for a fact that you are wrong! They will always be our go to electricians !
