We run an Airbnb and got in touch with Melinda to help with guest turnover cleaning. She gave us quote for cleaning our properties and made offers to include laundry, taking out garbage bins, and receiving supplies etc in the price. The quote is very similiar to another cleaning company's quote.
Initially she did not have enough client and were eager. And we went with her. But as time progress, her attitude start to change, communication became hard sometimes, and the quality of the clean start to drop. I personally notice some dusty areas after cleaning and our guests had given bad reviews twice on the place not cleaned properly.
Then one day, without any communication on price or reduce scope, she suddenly decide to drop the ball on us last minute with a very bad attitude. Refusing to talk or answer phone calls
If you need reliable cleaning, quality work, good communication, and professional discussion on rate increase, this company would not be the best fit for you.
They also broke the fridge shelving on their 2nd clean already. Not the most careful cleaning team.
We've since switched to new cleaner and the communication has been awesome. We're so glad now that Melinda forced us to move on to new cleaning team. It's just so much better now.
