New owner does nothing but make excuses and was a massive tool. High quote and no response or follow-up. Too busy elsewhere we guess, but the tide is turning and soon you will be begging for work.

Stay away from this company. New owner has no conscience.
Very expensive sprinkler systems installed and never worked properly. Lost plants and trees. New owner who installed irrigation will not respond to any calls. 3 homes in this neighborhood as well as a commercial account and no response. No accountability for their work after getting paid. -

I called Russ and got an immediate return call. He came out, listened to my design request and gave me an incredibly reasonable bid. During execution a few of my desires changed and he was accommodating and fair and completed the project in two days in a timely way. I would return to this company again as it is trustworthy and his guys have been with him for years.
