The plumber on-site was friendly and knowledgeable. However, when I called the office with a problem the person was condescending, unsympathetic and wanted to lecture me and tell me his personal sob story. Since I called well after the 90 day warranty period (due to the death of my husband which I explained) as far as he was concerned it was not his problem. I knew it was a long shot that they would work with me to resolve the issue, but I did not expect to be dismissed and lectured to. Will not be recommending or using this company again.

Let's be clear, I called 6 months after the install, not 12+ as they responded. AND I never asked Living Water to replace the floor. We never got that far in the conversation. In fact it is just 4 or 5 laminate strips in a tiny bathroom. I have since read bad reviews on YELP - wish I would have seen them earlier.

Our water heater went out and I started making calls to try to find someone to come out and repair it. After multiple calls to various highly-rated plumbing companies and hearing "we can't help you; we're short-handed and no longer provide that service", I asked a neighbor if they knew of anyone. They suggested Living Waters Plumbing and said they saw them in our area often. With low expectations, I placed a call for assistance. To my surprise, not only were they able to provide the service we needed, but, they came out the same day I called and quickly repaired our water heater! The plumbers were friendly, efficient, and did a fabulous (affordable!) job and our hot water was quickly restored!

While I never received a response from an online inquiry via email after several weeks, I finally called and reached someone who scheduled me for the next day. I strongly suggest that you call in for service inquiries.

The plumber was on-time, highly professional, and did a fantastic job. Turns out he lives down the street from me. He was able to identify the problem and recommended that my garbage disposal be replaced. He was able to complete all of this work within the hour which saved me $250. I strongly recommend this vendor.

living water plumbing did a complete re-plumbing of my cabin. They bent over backwards to get the job done right and on time. They were there when they said they would be. Scott was amazing to work with. He seemed to really care about getting the job done right. They were very fairly priced. I would highly recommend this company.

Scott was very professional & quick with his bid and scheduling the installation of a new water main to our house. The installation had a few complications but Scott personally did the work himself (with a strong helper) and didn't charge me extra for the additional work. They ended up bringing the water main into the garage through the concrete floor instead of through the wall. This required some concrete work/patching but ended up being a much better installation because I don't have to worry about the pipe freezing now. Awesome job Scott & company. I will DEFINITELY recommend your company to all my friends & family.

We had an emergency leak and Loren at Living Water was able to get to it quickly and fix the pipe and get our water back on. Loren was very friendly and nice to my dogs, too.

Brad was excellent. Especially with such an old faucet, and making sure everything was working correctly. I will definitely use Living Water Plumbing for all future installations and repairs. Job well done, and fabulous customer service!!

We were very pleased with Scott and his new helper. They were thorough, professional and considerate. I now have a professional plumber that I will not hesitate call, when needed!

I've used this company twice and do not recommend them. The first time the kid that came out was on time, had what he needed, knew what he was doing & charged a reasonable fee. He did say he was moving on to another company but was professional about it. The second time I used Living Water was a completely different experience. The plumber was late, didn't have what he needed, left a mess in my bathroom, and tracked mud through my house. My follow-on appointment was scheduled for 2pm a week later. I scheduled it at that time because I had to pickup my kid from school and that's when I could get home. 10 minutes from home, I passed their van going the other way. I arrived home at 1:55 to find a note saying we came early at 1 and waited. No phone call! When I called, no answer. I finally got ahold of them the next day. They were hostile and blamed me but rescheduled 2 weeks later. The plumber they sent left a huge hole in the drywall under my sink, didn't clean up, and charged 3x what was quoted. When I challenged him, he said I had missed an appointment and he would take me to court over it. Lost time and court fees would have been just as bad. Just from the way they were on the phone should have been a warning.

This company is AMAZING! I had Scott Horsfall come out today May 28 this man went above and beyond! The work he had to do was horrible but he was so polite and a pleasure to have in my home. He offered to clean up I said absolutely not! I told him he worked hard enough go home and rest! If there is ever a time that a plumber is needed he will be called. Thanks Scott I enjoyed your company and your hard work.

The people at Living Water Plumbing were very professional, communicated promptly, were efficient and provided details regarding the issue and the fix. They were recommended to me, and I would recommend them to others as well.

Forest has come out to do a number of plumbing and troubleshooting jobs at my building and the work quality and communication is top notch.

Sam did a great job installing new faucet, shower stand and kohler toilet. Left bathroom very clean after working for three to four hours. He answered all concerns we had.

Thanks to Sam Brown we no longer have a clogged sink. He was very friendly and fast. He was also really good and patient with our dogs. We will definitely use this company again and refer them to anyone we know that needs help with their plumbing.

Water heater replacement: Guys showed up on time, provided a quality estimate, performed install efficiently and stuck around to verify their work all while remaining in a fair price range. Couldn't ask for better service!

John, with Living Water Plumbing, was very professional and very knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and looked at other things that I asked about. John took pictures and explained why my house does not need to be replumbed and should not need to be replumed for several years.
I believe Jan (I hope I spelled that right) was the person I spoke with on the phone. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend these people.
The original reason I called does not need any work. However, I asked John about two other concerns, and he explained what was needed and gave me a very reasonable estimate. They will be coming out soon to upgrade a sink and a shower... which were not why I had called them in the first place.

For the past 5 years, Scott and his team have helped us work through our plumbing issues ,in a very old family home. His professional and caring team has made us feel so comfortable and have delivered each time tip knotch work. This past 3 challenges with repiping and updating old copper pipes was done in one visit. Any call outs I had John reacted quickly to resolve and is a very professional assistant there. I'm very satisfied with their work Everytime.

We had an issue come up, I called Living Water Plumbing, they answered my call after hours (which was great since I had to call after my work hours) and I was very happy they were able to get to our issue so quickly!!! They did a great job and are wonderful to work with. We have used them over the years at our house and other property!! We will continue to call them when we need help.
