We just completed the construction of our new home. We checked in with Naomi’s cleaning to see if they did new construction cleaning as part of their services, so we hired Naomi’s to do the cleaning, prior to moving in. None of the shelves, cabinets or inside drawers were cleaned, the floors still look dirty and covered in dust. The walls were not wiped down nor does it look as if any of the cabinet or doors fronts cleaned very well. I feel like for the cost we had been charged we should’ve walked in to the home and been pretty impressed. We spent the weekend continuing to clean the house, in preparation of our upcoming moving date. I was also told that our quote was for the maximum amount of hours needed for the cleaning 8 hours, but would only be charged for the hours worked. . We paid 1/2 up front, however when I received the final invoice it was for the full 8 hours and not the actual 6 1/2 it took to clean. We have another house that needs to be cleaned after we move out, we will NOT be using them again.

We were so pleased with Naomi's Cleaning from start to finish! The communications throughout the process are clear and thorough. Melissa did a wonderful job cleaning our home prior to our move. She made sure she understood our needs and communicated with us when she finished so we could do a quick walk through. We will use them again and highly recommend Naomi's for various cleaning jobs. They are also very affordable and responsive compared to other businesses in the area.

This is a warning to anyone considering using this cleaning service. I had weekly appointments and the first few were terrible. They sent maids that skipped over major areas of the house and one maid was let go because there was a history of her poor work. I paid for all of these appointments. When I got a third cleaner, things went well for a couple weeks. Then she ruined a chair (see photo) and I called Naomi to speak about it. She never called me back. I had to call her repeatedly and when she finally took my call she was defensive and was clearly not wanting to speak. She was rude, told me she didn’t believe it was her cleaner, and said she had no intention of calling me. She said she had insurance to cover damages but still wouldn’t cover the chair. Reupholsters would not cost a fraction of what I pay her as a weekly customer. She also cancelled me as a customer for raising this issue. And to top it off, it turns out the cleaner was taking pictures inside my house and sending them to Naomi without ever informing me. Absolutely do NOT hire this company.

Edit: As I explained to Naomi after calling three times before she would take my call over two weeks, the cleaner placed a plant that leaned onto the cushion of the chair and the plant leaks water when temperatures fluctuate in the house. The plant should not have been placed in this manner. This was the maids doing.

The first two maids were as I said not competent at their jobs and Naomi apologized for their poor work. I don’t know why she is lying in her review. She should know integrity is critical in business and having a 1-star review is not something that happens accidentally. Taking zero responsibility in her response shows she is not a person to let into your home. Also zero response on her having the maid take photos of the inside of my house without permission.

Overall a very unprofessional experience. Take your money elsewhere if you value honesty and integrity.

I have worked with Rose of Naomi's Cleaning Service twice now and she is fantastic. Naomi's staff are compassionate, hard working, and professional. They helped me when I was depressed and couldn't clean for myself.

Update: Naomi's has been with me for close to 2 years, ever since I've had some medical issues. They are professional, meticulous, and dependable. I highly recommend them.

I love when the gals from Naomi’s come to my home once a month. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting three of them, plus Naomi. All have been polite, punctual and exceptionally thorough and caring. I have two small children, a dog that sheds an impossible amount of fur, and my husband and I each work 60+ hours a week. It’s a relief to know my home is in good hands and that I can dedicate my non work hours to my family rather than to cleaning. Every time someone from Naomi’s helps me in my home, they leave everything spotless and smelling so good…. We are incredibly grateful. Thank you to Naomi and her fantastic team for the wonderful service they provide!

This was a last minute, super stressful situation, and Naomi's cleaning came through, with so much kindness and professionalism. They helped me problem solve, and made a really hard situation so much easier. I'm so impressed by how this company treats both it's customers, and employees.

We hired Naomi’s cleaning for a move out clean on our duplex that had two units. The ladies were prompt on their arrival and got right to work. When finished we were very happy with the remarkable job they had done. Special attention was given to floors and windows due to dog living in the homes.
The owner is very sweet and listened carefully to our requests and special needs.
