Ryan from Mr. Appliance, replaced my leaking garbage disposal, and checked for leaks in under an hour. I didn’t need to move a lot of things I stored under the sink cabinet, he just worked around it; less work for me.

Ryan showed up promptly, put a lot of effort into finding out exactly what was wrong with my icemaker, and fixed it. He was pleasant and explained exactly what he’d done. I paid the minimum service fee and saved myself the cost of a new icemaker.

Ryan quickly diagnosed the problem with our washing machine, ordered the parts and returned 2 days later and fixed our washing machine. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He had a pleasant personality and was very instructive

Top notch service provided by Ryan who was punctual, very knowledgeable, precisely diagnosed the issue related to our electric oven, super communicative, and professional. We had the same problem before a year ago. Then we had contacted Sears. The technician who came made it sound like the issue is a huge, huge, huge deal. The technician at Sears asked for $500 to fix it indicating that he would need an extra person to move the oven, all that B.S. but Ryan didn’t even have to move the oven. Ryan just tilted it a little bit and Voila! Moreover, it cost us much less to repair the very same issue with Ryan than what Sears previously claimed us to cost. So fortunate to have found and called Mr. Appliance. Thank you for your amazing service!

I appreciate the quality of service they provide. I definitely recommend having your appliances fixed rather than buying new ones. It's cheaper in the long run since they don't make anything that will last forever like they used to. I trust Mr. Appliance and our technician, Ryan, is thorough and professional.

Had repair scheduled for today. They had been scheduled 3 days,never showednevwr called. When I contacted company to see where we were at, they stated we don't work on samsung.
So fridge been out days,waited for a no show or call.
Will let all fam and friends know NEVER TO USE THIS COMPANY. ACOMPLETE JOKE.

Ryan was lovely and so professional. She took the time to show me how to work around the issue of a non-working power button on my washer since the board is no longer being manufactured. She diagnosed the issue quickly and explained what my options were if I wanted to try to source parts from eBay or somewhere else but explained the work around she showed me would work just fine. I will absolutely be calling and requesting her next time an appliance in my home breaks because she was amazing.
