I have hired Buliga Plumbing & Electric for three electric projects and their fantastic work, easy communication and professionalism keeps me as a loyal customer. Every interaction with various employees has been great. They are patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely seek them out for my next project.

Buliga plumbing seemed great at first, but they installed a faulty hose bib that ended up leaking into my house and caused over $30K in damage that they now won't cover. They don't stand by the quality of the products they install, just the work that they do (or so they say), so if you decide to use them, you'd better hope the parts they use won't fail. I'll never trust them again.

Alex and his team were efficient, professional, and
pleasant. A part was missing and they waited very patiently while it was ordered and then promptly installed it. Highly recommended

I posted on the neighborhood FB page asking for a good electrician to install a new panel and generator plug/lock out. Buliga was recommended. Requested a quote. Got 3 more additional quotes from other electricians as well (I like shopping around)...but price and turn around time was right with Buliga. We signed the work contract on a Friday. Work was started the following Monday. That was fast. They took care of everything including applying for the permit and inspection. Excellent workmanship and communication! I am more than pleased. 10 out of 10 for this company. After the 2025 windstorm left us without power and with a downed service mast, they responded quickly and got everything taken care of. They installed a generator and restored full power, even working on Christmas Eve with both plumbers and electricians. Their pricing was reasonable, they brought a full team, and the quality of the work was excellent. Supervisors followed up promptly on my questions and were responsive to inspector requests. Highly recommended.

My furnace went out in the middle of the freezing rain/ snow storm we had last week, I called them that morning and they came right out the next day and repaired it - very friendly, fast and inexpensive service - I highly recommend them - wonderful experience

The salesman knocking on doors in Aloha, even with a NO Soliciting signs on the front door, really says a lot to me about a company. He could have just left the door tag instead of ringing the bell and disrupting kids and dogs.

We had an heat pump installed by Energy Comfort and Construction back in January of 2014. They did and excellent job. Professional, thorough,courteous and quick. Then this year our system stopped working. Energy Comfort & Construction came out and made the repairs in a fraction of the time we anticipated and the parts were under warranty, so also for a fraction of the cost we were expecting. Highly recommended.

These guys did an awesome job. I had to get a new heat pump and furnace and was told it qualified for a incentive of $250 which they would handle the paperwork on. I then got an e-mail stating my unit did not qualify for the incentive :( But Energy Comfort and Construction stepped up and sent me the incentive amount of $250, above and beyond what most companies would do. Thank you so much and if anyone is in need of any type of work they do I highly recommend this company!!!

Great company and great employees! Devin came out, did the assessment on my ductwork for Energy Trust of Oregon. He did the upgrades (duct sealing) that needed to be done on the vents.
He was very nice and professional. He also let me know about other sevices his company has to offer.
I would recommend them. :-)
