I had a very good experience with everyone (Kaitlyn, DJ and Alec) not only on the phone but with executing all required projects. I wish I would have found them 5 years ago bc I went with another company (highly rated in the reviews) who I spent a lot of money to not complete the project of adding a wired doorbell. I didn’t think it could happen (as crazy as that seems) until someone referred them to me. Would highly recommend and will get my business for future projects.

Communication from the company was very extremely responsive and they were even able to move us into a sooner timeslot. We worked with Steve who was very professional and was quick to trouble shoot and fix our issue. We will work with DT Electric again for future issues and projects.

I had a wonderful experience with the team at DT Electrical! My initial phone call with Kaitlin to discuss my concerns was excellent. She asked relevant questions and reassured me that the issues would be addressed promptly. Kaitlin truly adds value with her outstanding customer service and understanding of client needs. She listened to the problems we faced and ensured that an electrician was scheduled quickly.
Today, Steve came to my home to evaluate the issues and was able to resolve them. He was patient and communicated well. Although he wasn't a salesperson, Steve took the time to point out potential improvements for the home's electrical system in the future. The timing was perfect, and the attention to detail was impressive, with consistent communication throughout the process.
I felt heard and left with confidence that the repairs made will help keep my family and home safe. Thank you, DT team!
