I went through my home warranty service (AHS) and they assigned NW Sundance Services to my service request. My water heater wasn't producing as much hot water as it was previously. The first tech came out and he suggested some causes and solutions I could try. Try those suggestions over the weekend but the problem persisted. Gave another call to AHS to reopen the service request and scheduled another visit from NW Sundance. This time Alan came out. Very professional and knowledgeable, even educated me on some things about my system, including the booster that's installed on the water hester which i never knew the purpose of and just happened to be the cause of the issue. The whole interaction took about 10 mins. Thanks again Alan!

Angel came out to access problem , he referred me to a specialist that deals with what he accessed , he was very friendly and knowledgeable in his field, I appreciate his care for my family safety, he did a very thorough check and advised me on what needed to be done, excellent service
