Ultimate Comfort is a top tier HVAC contracting company. I cannot say enough good things about their attentiveness, professionalism, promptness, and skills. The true test of any contractor, or service provider of any kind is how they address problems. Ultimate Comfort went way above and beyond the call of duty to help me sort out a significant set of issues (none of which were caused by their work). Cody, the technician who has worked with us is awesome. And, Kevin the manager is also wonderful, as are the office staff. Look no further for your HVAC needs than Ultimate Comfort. If I could give them 10 stars out of five, I would.

Ultimate Comfort did a great job installing our new furnace and air conditioner. They were on time, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. The installer was friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend them.

I LOVE Ultimate Comfort. I purchased my AC split from them years ago & have continued to find them so helpful & kind & honest about what maintenance I need and don’t need. They always provide great service and my latest appt with my tech, Max, was no different! He did an excellent, efficient job servicing and cleaning my split & helped me troubleshoot a couple minor issues. He was professional & friendly. I’m so happy I went with this company when I decided to add AC to my home. Cannot recommend them enough!

Ultimate Comfort did an excellent job responding to my furnace outage. Of course, it happened when the temperatures were in the 40s and we were cold, but they responded within 24 hours. Excellent service coming back to replace and check parts. Highly capable. Highly recommend 👌

Ultimate Heating did a fantastic job with my new heating and cooling system. I have a home that is more than 100 years old and presented several challenges. These guys did a terrific job working with my many constraints and provided a system that meets all my needs. They were also flexible, working with my challenging remodeling schedule. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

Any and all my questions and concerns were respectfully listened and responded to. The professionalism and experience from beginning to end was greatly appreciated.

Excellent customer service. I needed my gas capped since I was switching to an electric stove. They came the next day. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even looked up the specs for my new stove to see if the gas line needed to be removed. It didn’t and that saved me a lot of money. Someone else could have said it needed to be done and uncharged a lot.

We had Alex come out to service our furnace and he was excellent! Very professional and informative. Highly recommend!

I had Ralph and his team assist with a new type of Heat Pump install from a new company with a new yet to be put into production. His team came out to my home and without really knowing the product they worked with the manufacture and myself to do an amazing job of a brand-new install in my home. The work was beautiful, the team professional and very fun to work with. I highly recommend for any HVAC work whether its Gas furnace replacement or service, Mini-splits, Heat Pumps or other products.

Another great experience with the Ultimate Comfort team. During the latest heat wave our AC unit wouldn't fire up so as usual we contacted Ralph and his team. Ralph got to us ASAP and got our Ac unit up and running. Very pleased with Ultimate Comfort. Had an ancient oil furnace that finally died and decided to replace it with a heat pump. Called four companies and Ultimate Comfort came back with the most competitive pricing and best installation window.
Deybe, who handled the installation was excellent. Came right on time and was communicative. He explained everything to me before work started, looked for solutions that worked best with my space, and kept me updated as work progressed. He finished right on time and left the space cleaner than it was before he arrived.
Everyone else I’ve interacted with at Ultimate Comfort—John, Teresa, and Ralph—have all been friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely call them again for future HVAC needs.
