The team at Sunnyside Roofing did an excellent job on our roof replacement project from start to finish. Bart was extremely professional and conscientious as the project lead. During the bid process he was helpful in sharing his knowledge, both of Sunnyside's recommended products and techniques as well as how they compared to those of the competition. While the quoted price was definitely not the lowest of the quotes we received, we felt it was fair and reasonable for the quality and workmanship we received. Throughout the roofing process we were impressed by the team and their communication with us as the customer. Both Leo, the project foreman, and Bart would speak with us each day, updating us on progress and any issues or obstacles they may have run into, along with proposed solutions. They were able to squeeze us into their schedule quickly and finished the project on time. While there were minor issues that arose, they were communicated well and clearly and we felt that any additional charges were completely fair and reasonable. Overall, we were extremely pleased with how the new roof turned out and appreciated the excellent customer service provided by the Sunnyside Roofing team. We highly recommend them!

Abraham completed an estimate on Friday (which included photos of the problem areas) and our job was scheduled for the following Tuesday. Carmelo arrived on time, assessed the damage and went straight to work on our roof repair. He worked from 8:00-4:30 to complete our job in one day. It was 97 degrees today and he did a great job in spite of working all day in the heat!
Our tile roof looks great and the clean up was perfect. Sunnyside Roofing has a amazing crew of professional, communicative employees. We wouldn’t hesitate to have them work on our roof should the need arise in the future.

Best Roofer in Happy Valley OR! They fixed my shed roof quickly and were reasonably priced. I got 3 quotes and they were slightly more than the lowest priced guy, but were more professional and knowledgeable. We had a tree that fell right on top of our shed and damaged the roof and shingles in 3 parts. They were able to replace the plywood, fix the structural beam, decorative beam and replace the shingles all in one afternoon. The crew was quick, respectful and professional. Highly recommend!

Mr.Ricardo Perez and the crew did great job installing new roof for my parent's house. Because my parents are elderly and do not speak English very well, I coordinated everything for their Roofing project. Kimber, office coordinator was always kind and communicated well with us. Sunnyside Roofing Services did an incredible job on our roof. After receiving bids from several contractors we choose Sunnyside because they did a thorough inspection and had a reasonable (but competitive) bid. Abraham our main point of contact was professional, thorough and clearly had vast expertise. He also had a great sense of humor which was needed because the roof had to be replaced right before Christmas. The team that came and did the roof was also thorough and diligent. The roof was replaced in just a few days. We highly recommend them!

I decided to use this company over jani king..there price is much lower and there service is bar none superior..i recomend america cleaning solutions to anyone who is tired of having to complain in order to get what your paying for!!!

They said supplies and I was treated so rudely by some extremely untrained and uninformed people about even the supplies they had displayed.

They said they were not for sale and could not even give a price it was absurd and they tried to act like I was the idiot for asking when the raggedy awning under their name clearly states janitorial supplies

Always above and beyond! I recently had a tenant moving in on a Monday and did not get the suite cleaned the following week as i should have (oops!). When i called Monday morning and explained the situation, they rushed someone down within the hour to clean the suite to perfection before my tenant arrived! Completely saved me! This is only the most recent of events. I have used this company going on 5 years and have always had exceptional service!

The older blonde gal (I am assuming manager or owner?) is one of the snarkiest people I have ever met. Talks down to you and is extremely passive aggressive. Definitely not someone I would want to give my business too. Maybe learn how to talk to customers with some decency. One bad person can tarnish a company's name and reputation unfortunately.
