I hired Kory to locate some difficult, old sewer lines under an existing home. Which required him to crawl into a difficult crawl space. He was very nice, professional, and accommodating. He located the sewer line with ease. And when it came time to dig to find them, the locates were perfect. Both laterally and the depth was right on. Will hire him again without question!

Highly recommend K & R. Kory arrived exactly on time. He was very skilled, and gave very helpful information to my multiple questions. He was able to rapidly locate a complex web of multiple buried lines: pvc with tracer wire, main and feeder phone lines, PUD, multiple gate controller lines and UF lines to lights and motion detector lines. Depth of lines and course all nicely marked. Great attitude. Bottom line: would definitely use his services in the future if needed.

I rarely write reviews but I just had a fantastic experience with K&R locating. Kory was on time, professional, excellent communications (text and phone) and did a great job. Not only was he able to locate an old main water line in PVC with no toning wire but found an electrical line we didn't know existed near our construction site. If the need arises I would use K&R again in a heartbeat. Great job Kory and thank you!
