We had an exceptional experience with this electrician. He was very professional and did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I've worked with Josh, from this company, for years on many projects. He takes pride in his work and makes good on his promises. If I hadn't moved out of the area for work, I'd still be using him today to help with projects as they come up.

We used them for a panel replacement and upgrade because they can in much lower than the other two local companies we got quotes from. Communication wasn’t perfect but I understood since everyone was busy and strained/impacted by covid. We used them again after for some other electrical bugs. When the technician came I tried to lay out all of our concerns with our wiring and he stopped me and wanted to go step by step which was fine until I needed to leave last minute, I then told him again what we were concerned about and had to leave. (Mind you I tried to be explicit over the phone when I scheduled but they didn’t want details at that point either). When work was done two of our lights we were concerned about still didn’t work so I called three different times over a two month span leaving VM to ask questions and to schedule more time to get the work done and they just never replied.

I worked with Josh and Mike on three projects on our property. Josh is responsive and does what he says. The work is done at a fair price. It is hard to find reliable contractors these days. Keep up the good work!

In the process of selling our older home, we came across some complicated electrical issues needing quick resolution. Even thought we were a ways away in downtown Portland, and Integrity's schedule was already full, Josh went above and beyond in his consult, spending time reviewing our photos and emails, and talking us through the problems and possible solutions via phone until even our very-non-electrical selves understood. His final recommendation, on this expensive job, was actually one that made our lives easy but brought no benefit to himself!

We later connected with two separate other electricians (sent by our realtor) and they both affirmed not only Integrity's reasonable prices, but Josh's recommendations too. One of them was even surprised at one of Josh's solutions and said that he wouldn't have thought of it, and it was the best option.

Overall, these interactions left us super impressed and quite confident in defaulting to Integrity for our new home's needs.
