When installing the unit Justin, Garrett, and Tim finished it in a day. They were great people. The communication was good and they always answered our questions. Would recommend them to anyone. Just hired Perfect Climate today to replace our aging heat pump system that stopped working during cooling mode this week. Perfect climate replaced our old gas furnace and air conditioner with a heat pump. Justin and Garrett were great. Very professional, explained the removal and installation process that was going to be done. Their team was very thorough and cleaned up as they worked. It didn't stop with job, but continued as they would call or stop by to make sure the system was working properly.

Great customer service! Returned call promptly and sent technician the next day. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly what we needed to have done to fix our leaking mini split issue. Got the job done efficiently and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use Perfect Climate Heating again and refer them to friends and family.

Super easy to work with! Very professional and incredibly fair, came out to diagnose my ac unit very quickly. Gave us a temporary fix and diagnostic for a very reasonable price, and while we can't afford a full fix for right now, when we can, we will be calling Perfect Climate again!

Super annoyed with Perfect Climate. They serviced my dad's property a few years ago. We paid them right away. They randomly try to re-charge me every 6 months or so acting like there's some new service provided. The bill is from 2022 and I've shown them proof of payment several times but this doesn't seem to deter them from continuously trying to rebill me. Sorry I ever used them. Would never do it again. I've never experienced who’s accounting this poorly, especially when it’s a constantly recurring error that’s been pointed out to them several times. One time I can understand, but fix it!!

Outstanding company! We went through the process of getting multiple quotes since we needed an entire system replaced, and from the very beginning, Garett’s level of customer service and professionalism shone through. We had our heat pump system replaced and everything went very well. When there was a minor quirk with the thermostat, they responded promptly and got it adjusted to our preferences. They do an awesome job. They call me every year when it’s time to get maintenance done or I would most definitely forget. They answer all my questions thoroughly and are very kind and respectful everytime they are at my house.

Too often is the experience of trust extended, money spent and benefit of the doubt given only to realize you’ve been had - again. Not so with Garrett of Perfect Climate Mechanical, LLC. He was early, thorough, honest and professional. He took pictures of his work, did what was necessary and left my place in better shape than when he arrived. I initially thought their five star rating was a ruse but to my surprise, the real deal does exist.
It’s not uncommon that vendors are late and then sloppy. Worse, they spend more time talking than working. Then loiter around for a tip as if their many words were some how part and parcel to the problem they came to fix. I hope Perfect Climate Mechanical is as good to their employees as Garrett was to me.
