SWP did a FANTASTIC job rejuvenating my home earlier this month (November 2024). I had them:
1. kill the moss on the roof
2. powerwash the mildew off the house and gutters
3. wash all outside windows
4. powerwash the front sidewalk, driveway, and yard bricks
5. powerwash the paver stone patio and paths in the backyard
6. fill the cracks between the paver stones with a polymeric sand
All I can say is WOW! Everything looks fresh and new – no need to repaint the house now. Would 100+% recommend them!

My neighbor was getting her roof done for prior move/selling home. Great job on the driveway but not so much on my back patio and front porch. I had communicated and sent pictures of what I wanted fixed or looked at . Nathan wanted to make it right and even setup a time to come look at the work but canceled cause he was “sick” and never rescheduled . This was the end of April .
Bleach also discolored my neighbors driveway . From the very beginning there was a lot of miscommunication. I tried to give you guys more than enough time to call me back and come fix the issues I had with your work. I never heard back. Unfortunate . Two stars for the driveway.

Soft Wash Pros did a superb job for us yesterday, gently removing the moss from our roof and cleaning up after themselves when the work was finished.

They were professional and thorough, as well as warm and personable, making them all a pleasure to be around. And the guys even seemed to be enjoying their work!

The crew also went above and beyond our expectations, completely hosing off the back deck (which I'd been planning — and dreading — to sweep that very day!). They also hosed off the front walkway to our house, so the approach is now sparkling clean and looks more welcoming.

Hubby and I could not be happier with the crew and their work! We'll be hiring Soft Wash Pros again, for sure.

When a Soft Wash Pros ad appeared on my Facebook thread I clicked on it for a free estimate. Cameron contacted me almost immediately to schedule an appointment for moss removal and treatment.

Cameron showed up on time and what a pleasant surprise. His customer guest service skills are on point. He went into detail about the process and answered my numerous questions. I especially appreciated that there was no hard sale. Once I made a decision on this process I was sent an estimate via email.

Scott and Nathan showed up at the scheduled time. I especially appreciated that once the roof project was completed I was provided pictures to show the process and how quickly the moss was impacted by the spraying. It was impressive.

We had multiple jobs to be done. Roof washing and care, power washing all of the concrete and brickwork, and power washing all the decks. They did a terrific job, efficient and cleaned up as they went. I highly recommend them.
