We were one of the unlucky ones that had our AC die on us during an extreme heat wave this summer. Being 9 months pregnant and having another child in the home I was panicked. Nick answered our call promptly that morning and thankfully was able to work us into his schedule that afternoon to check out our AC unit. Within minutes of being here he had diagnosed the problem and was working to get our system back running. We are beyond thankful for finding a reliable local HVAC guy. He saved us from melting another night in the heat, was super friendly and very reasonably priced. Do not hesitate calling Nick for any of your HVAC needs, we definitely will be using him for our yearly maintenance services.

Nick was fantastic! I have and Adult Foster Home housing 5 elderly residents and my A/C went out on us during a very hot streak 100+ degrees for several days. I called him and he came out within hours after hearing my situation had us fixed up with 10 min! Great guy and customer service will definitely recommend!!

We brought Nick out to do maintenance on the HVAC system of a house we were in the process of buying. He was great about communicating the state of the furnace and the AC so we knew what we were up against before closing on the house. He did cleaning and maintenance to help the units last longer but we will definitely be using his services in the future once we need to replace our furnace and/or AC as he was great to work with, flexible with scheduling, and reasonably priced.

I highly recommend Nick for AC service items. As the temperature in PDX increased, ofcourse our 12 year old AC unit decided to quit. Nick made time to come over the same day, identified the issue and was extremely detailed. We ended up replacing the unit and he was able to get it all installed within a week when some of the other larger outfits were scheduling weeks and months out. I am glad he is local to the area and will be the 1st call for HVAC items in the future. Keep up the good work and customer service Nick!

Oh yeah, I’ve found my HVAC guy!Nick is professional, understanding and an enthusiastic teacher. I had reached out to two other large companies before contacting Nick and dealt with their aggressive schmoozy salesmen. Nick is the exact opposite! Gave options with a reasonable price and detailed explanations. When I had questions, big or small, he was happy to explain. Nick takes pride in his work and it is obvious in the final product.

I would highly recommend Nick the HVAC guy for any and all of your system needs. He came all the way out to us in Estacada after a big storm cause a huge tree limb to bust our HVAC. He was on time, and fit us into his schedule as soon as possible. Nick was very courteous and respectful of our property. He is knowledgeable and friendly. We felt cared for in our situation and he made sure our system was up and running as soon as possible, and continued to follow up to make sure we were in top running shape. We love to support small businesses, and we will continue to use Nick ourselves, and recommend his business to everyone we know.

My HVAC system was recently upgraded and the company I bought it from didn't honor the promotion I had so I cancelled the service. A year after, I called the company as my air conditioner wasn't cooling and they wanted to charge a large amount of money just to come check out the newish unit!

Luckily my neighbor gave me Nick's contact and even though it was short notice, he told me he would stop by and check it out. Not only he stopped by the same day! but after making sure it all worked, then he gave me a discount and told me if it would be ok to come 2 days later to perform a cleaning.

I would never expect such flexibility and politeness. In a hot week he saved us all! Thanks Nick for all of your efforts and great customer service!

I don't often leave reviews, but the level of service we received from Nick warranted me leaving one. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. During the ice storm we lost the furnace in the middle of the night so we woke up to a frigid house (62°). We got ahold of Nick and he was able to diagnose the problem, procure parts, and install the motor to get the furnace up and running in less than a few hours. Talk about a life saver, 10/10 would recommend!!

I am a property manager and Nick the HVAC Guy is my go-to for all my HVAC needs. Nick has done multiple jobs for me and I have been very happy with his thoroughness, timeliness and fair pricing. He does a great job explaining the problem, possible solutions and laying out various options. I highly recommend him.

I've had 2 other companies out for the same intermittent problem. The first one said not enough freon. 6 months later, the second one said too much freon. 6 months later, the same problem and I called Nick. He diagnosed it as a possible relay problem but wasn't 100% sure. Instead of replacing parts, he declined repairs and didn't charge for the service call. Very honest and upfront.

On the hottest day of the summer (temps up to 106 🥵) our AC went out. Nick was able to assist over the phone initially and then made it out to our house in under 2 hours, he was so polite, knowledgeable and kind. Fixed the problem quickly and gave us insight into what caused the issue. Overall, I simply couldn’t recommend Nick more, please use him for all of your HVAC needs!

Nick is friendly and a good communicator. Nick helped us figure out why our HVAC system couldn't circulate air without the heat being on. We have a wood-burning stove that we like to use to hear the house in the winter, but our house wasn't wired for an HVAC system that could recirculate air. Nick laid out three options, two of which required running new electrical wires through the crawlspace or walls. In the end, Nick was able to suggest a new thermostat that could circulate air without the need to rewire using Bluetooth technology. It worked great, but after a couple days, we realized the heat wasn't kicking on when it dropped below the set point. I called Nick and he came out the same day (like, within two hours of me texting). He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue and now our home is warm and cozy (even in the back bedrooms).

Nick is professional, friendly, and highly skilled. He had the heating unit of our HVAC system repaired very quickly and it is in working order again. Thank you, Nick!

Nick was awesome! I had no idea what was going on with my UV scrubber filter, but he diagnosed the problem right away, and let me know exactly which bulb I needed. Super helpful, honest, and easy to work with. Definitely calling him again if I need anything HVAC related!

I recently had my furnace go out when temps were in the 30s and was told I should probably buy a new one by a larger HVAC company. My neighbor advised me to get a second opinion by Nick the HVAC Guy before spending thousands on a new furnace.
Nick was an excellent communicator and was able to fix my furnace in the same day. He explained everything and educated me on how the furnace works and what issues I was having. I had him back out and install a thermostat as well. I work graveyard and he was very accommodating with scheduling. He is professional and more importantly has integrity, which can be rare to come by these days. He definitely will be my go to HVAC guy!
