I loved working with Luke at Day Heating Company for the ductless heat pump installation at our new home. He prepared a bid for us during the inspection period and optimized the layout for the property and did a walkthrough to confirm the locations before installation. He is very responsive and easy to work with. The financing option is very helpful for this home improvement. We're very happy with the new system and very comfortable in our home.

Two days ago we awoke to find our furnace on the fritz and the temperature in our home “brisk”! Three hours later Day Heating had a technician at our home to address the issue. The technician was clearly very knowledgeable, got everything fixed up, completed the annual service (which was scheduled to be done shortly thereafter), and taught me how to help diagnose any future problems, should they arise. Needless to say, we are delighted with the responsiveness and professionalism of the service we received from the organization !
