Simple empty apartment cleaning, 900 square feet,carpets and windows already professionally done. Work was not completed as agreed upon, entire kitchen floor unclean, dirt remained all around between baseboard and floor, several strips of toothpaste on outside of bath cabinet which was represented as having been washed down as agreed upon ,area around bottom of toilet and back unclean, side of refrigerator with food drips and spatters, food in gasket around fridge door a few other things of similar lack of being done or competently completed. As per guarantee the staff (2) returned the following day to complete the tasks. I showed them the concerns I had and used a a wipe to show them the dirty floor in kitchen. Soon thereafter I was told by one of them that the office had directed them to leave. No contact from office regarding this or inspection of apartment by office to observe condition. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I prefer to use local businesses but this has been a truly disappointing experience. I completed the simple tasks.

We enjoy having our home ' shine' when the crew is finished. Though we miss Missy, who was the best, Haley and Amanda are also great and we enjoy having a 'trainee' like Tammy, too.

I have hired merry maids from this office for 13 years. They have previously been good, but have gone into serious decline due to I guess hiring the wrong people. Right now I'm reporting one of their cleaners for the theft of 600$ in cash from my house during a cleaning. These aren't the kind of people you want in your house! Beware.

I had two girls come in to my apartment last week, I believe. I had fallen behind on housework due to working and really bad morning sickness. One of the girls was amazing! She was here for an hour and a half and got my kids' room clean and organized and got my bathroom clean! The other girl spent over an hour doing a sink full of dishes. I was very frustrated by the fact that she got barely anything done in the hour and a half that she was here and then I went to put the dishes away later that evening and realized that they were not clean! There was still food and or grease on everything! I was very disappointed. They were both really sweet and very considerate, but I am very frustrated that I spent almost 200$ on two clean rooms and dishes that I had to rewash. I could have gotten my entire apartment clean in three hours, easily, myself.

These ladies were amazing! From the moment I called for a quote, I felt at ease. They're kind, caring, efficient, and did the most amazing job! I'd definitely recommend them for anyone with cleaning needs!

I really appreciate the professionalism of the cleaners and your entire company. Your reminders about cleaning times are very helpful and the fact that the cleaners show up on time (every time!) is wonderful. They do a great cleaning job -- the floors are gleaming when they are done and they are very good with the details of dusting. General bathroom cleaning, window cleaning -- everything works! I wish I could afford twice monthly cleans, but once a month is really awesome. Thank you!

Joey & McKenzie do a great job. They are very reliable, dependable, I don't have to worry at all about the care they take with our house while they are cleaning it. I think it is wonderful that Joey & Melissa split off so they could each train a new employee.

The girls who have come to clean have done an excellent job. They are always so friendly even with our two dogs. We appreciate their work. It helps us so much.

I’ve had various teams, but they’ve always been on time, efficient, and thorough. I like that even a new team has notes on my house and how I like things done. I recommend them highly!

Having the Merry Maids at my house twice a month is such a treat to myself and my family. I've even bought the vacuum they use it does such a good job. Hannah and Jill are exceptional often going above and beyond the standard service (recently having cleaned my dining room light without me requesting it) as well as the windows, ceiling fans, the floors are shiny, and the kitchen immaculate. I do miss the cinnamon scented cleaner they used to use though :)
