We have had two major projects both requiring creativity. After installing a three-tiered deck made of aluminum for reduced fire danger, we were so pleased with G. Christian Construction that we contracted with them for a complete remodel of our main bathroom.

In each project the result was of superior quality with the outcome in both cases appearing in design publications. Not only were these projects attractive but each increased the practical functioning of our home. The craftsmanship of their staff was higher than the original builders of our home. The on-staff workman were committed to quality and the subcontractors were carefully vetted. We developed a close relationship with their crew almost regretting when the work was completed as we no longer saw them on a regular basis.

Most importantly they were readily available for follow up questions making recommendations about concerns for other work. They helped us find reliable window replacements, electricians, and plumbing repairs for other areas of our home. When we have any future renovations, G. Christian will be our first call.

We have had the pleasure of having a number of projects done by G. Christianson Construction with the most recent being a small bathroom remodel done in 2023, a small garage remodel and ramp installed outside of our home as well as a large sunroom addition done in 2017.
The bathroom is beautifully designed and finished, with great attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Our sunroom was thoughtfully designed to capture the afternoon sun, and it's become our favourite space in the house. We even placed an tree in the room, and it has truly flourished in the natural light.
We're so grateful to the company and their team for their exceptional work, careful planning, and professionalism throughout the entire projects. The were so polite and kind during the entire process. We highly recommend them!

Our work with G. CHRISTIAN CONSTRUCTION Inc. was great! The design services helped us to clarify what we wanted, gave us some new ideas, and fit our tastes. The actual remodel work for the kitchen and two bathrooms was a breeze. The workers and subcontractors were on time. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were very respectful of our home and our time. The weekly meeting with our manager kept everything moving along and helped us with questions, etc. as they came along.

They also were very respectful of our neighbors in terms of parking. We live in a cul de sac so parking is limited. When there were going to be a lot of workmen and trucks, our manager notified all our neighbors and gave them his cell number to call if there were any issues.

They built and installed new counters, cupboards, installed new appliances, and new quartz countertops with a tile backsplash..

Their shop makes new cabinets and those workers do a wonderful job! They were some of the most conscientious workers. They reviewed their work after install. If they found a nick or something we could not even see, they took it back to the shop to make it perfect.

We could not be happier with both the work and our interactions with the subcontractors and the Christianson crew!

I highly recommend this company and would use them again if we wanted some more remodeling or if we were considering building a home.

By far the best experience with a design and build contractor so far! The team at G Christianson helped us realize an amazing kitchen transformation. Everyone we worked with was excellent at their position.

Anna was a superbly skilled designer and great communicator who skillfully guided us through design (and remained engaged throughout the build). She had to serve as a marriage counselor on occasion when my wife and I were at odds with how to proceed and was very diplomatic and made a point to make sure everyone’s voice was heard.

Tanner our project manager was excellent! The weekly project updates (held at our home) were super useful in keeping us up to date on what was scheduled to happen that week. He made us feel like we were his highest priority and we developed a high level of trust with him in providing guidance when unexpected issues came up. Sami (Tanner’s assistant) was indispensable and excellent at keeping details organized.

Ben our production manager deftly handled issues that arose during the build (such as when we found out that the exterior siding on our house wasn’t originally installed straight).

Juan and Roman did an excellent job with demolition and framing and did their best to make this portion of the project less impactful. Gavin did a wonderful and careful job with appliance moving and installation.

Overall a great experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to use G Christianson again should the need arise!

I can’t say enough about the great work by G Christianson. They were amazing for us and we will use them for any future major work we need on our home. Major remodel transformed our home and our experience of living in it.

We used their design services and ended up with a home design we were very excited about. Then they did the work from demolition to remodel to finish and cabinets, and it turned out even better than we had imagined.

The project management was top notch - we knew what to expect and when, and if anything unplanned came up (it’s an old house!) we learned about it right away, and what was going to be done or changed in response. We had regular checkins, so we were always up to date, and could offer opinions along the way without feeling like we were in the way.

The crew day to day was also awesome. They were nice, respectful, clean, and went out of their way to make things as comfortable as possible for us even while our house was torn apart. From the crew doing demolition all the way through to the finishing touches on spectacular cabinets, the people were fantastic and the quality of work was (is!) top notch.

G. Christianson transformed our home and our living experience, on budget and on time, and were a pleasure to work with while they did it.

Carl, Sarah and the team were fantastic! They were thoughtful in their design and worked around features we didn’t want changed. No major issues with timelines, quality, or kindness/respect. 2 years later we are still happy and will definitely have them do our next project. The price was a shock at first, BUT cheaper than the 2 other local bids we received!!! Thank you!

We were pleased with the work recently completed by G. Christianson on our sunroom remodel.

During the design process, their staff listened to our goals and offered suggestions to improve the structure and appearance of the room. The project timeline was managed closely so the work was completed before the winter weather arrived. Having weekly follow up discussions in our home was really helpful.

We chose to complete some of the finishing work ourselves & they gave us suggestions for completing that work.

A one year follow up gave us a chance to evaluate the long term effects of weather, and indoor use, as well as hear more explanations about the lights & screens in the room.

The G. Christianson staff and subcontractors were professional, respectful, and took pride in their work. They were considerate of our neighbors, and we trusted them on our property.

The team also did a great job keeping the job site clean and organized throughout the project. They cared about maintaining a clean & safe workspace each day.

G Christianson did absolutely gorgeous work on our loft remodel. They were friendly, honest and professional. Not only were they always in time, but all of their subcontractors were as well. Highly recommend, cannot say enough good things about them.

Christianson completed a kitchen and laundry room remodel for my family. I’m incredibly pleased with the experience which began with small consultation and then proceeded into personal design sessions, loads of communication, and a project start date that was right on schedule. The company seems to choose only the most dependable and competent contractors to do jobs like plumbing or electrical or drywall/ paint. I will turn to those same companies anytime I need future work.

You can be assured that if you work with G. Christianson, that you will get a stellar result, as well as a connection to some wonderful humans that help make Corvallis so lovely. I wave at their crew every time I see them in those green vans.

Had troubles getting a day or time to get Electrician out for work, went with another Local Electrician that took care of work needed.

Our go-to electrical company for personal and business needs. Always professional and customer focused. Especially appreciate that the guys leave the job clean at the end of the day. Call if you're looking for quality work for a fair price. Highly recommend.

These guys are great. I had a small job that needed a repair to pass insurance inspection. They came out and fixed the problem for free so I could pass. They then came back the next week to do a more complete job and charged a very fair price. Excellent communication and product.

Northside did the AC wiring for our new solar panel installation - which passed the city inspection with flying colors. They came back a few days later to install a level 2 EV charger, some exterior patio lights, and to fix a non-functional outlet. The electrician showed up promptly, did all the installation quickly (ensuring everything was placed where we wanted) and left the work site clean.

Scheduling the work was easy to do, the bids were delivered promptly (multiple because we changed our plans), and all the interactions were professional and very clear.

I will happily call Northside Electric to do any future electrical work needing to be done.

James Elias came out and gave me a bid for our remodel. He was very professional, knowledgable, and kind. I felt comfortable asking all my questions and he took the time to listen to me and thoroughly answer all my questions.
The work completed was perfect from the crew and I’m so happy with the remodel results.

Coyote is an absolutely a kind and sweet individual. He was absolutely wonderful. Super easy to work with very clear and easy to get hold of and with communication. They actually took care of all my needs they were able to go ahead and not worry about getting paid right on the spot. It was super nice they just sent a bill in the mail and I paid them. They didn't price gouge me or try to screw me over like the rest of all the other contractors I had come where I was getting quotes for $800 or more dollars for breaker switch replacement. Northside Electric was beyond reasonable there's $130 from the come out and the price of a single part. As a first time homeowner now I always have a contractor for electrical that I can always count on for the whole entire time I live in Albany now cuz I just recently moved from the Philadelphia area and one thing is not knowing a single contractor that all the rest of the contractors are really wanted just screw you or Price gouge you and Northside electric really was able to step up to the plate and have a lifelong time will customer. The fact is that I have stage 3 penile cancer and constantly in the hospital and they were willing to work with me and that says a lot.

Also I have an update on June 6th. That I called Coyote came back without charging me a thing and to see if everything was working and he even diagnosis the tank and electric lines. I called his cell phone number and he came right out right away and didn't even charge. I am so impressed with the exceptional customer service Coyote gave, he has a super fan for the rest of his life.

I really enjoyed working with the Corvallis team. They were professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of the job and simply fun to work with. I highly recommend the Northside electric team as they incorporate sound logic in their approach to problem solving and do a great job.

These guys are great! They installed a new panel in just a few hours and saved me from a lot of trouble. And cost was very reasonable to say the least. I recommend them without reservation.

James was very helpful in evaluating my project and helping me determine what was needed to update my shop’s electrical system. Brent did an excellent job replacing the electrical panel and installing new wiring, outlets, and lighting. The outcome was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Northside Electric.
