Home Services reviews in Creswell, Oregon

We've used Quality Cleaning for several years now, and every time they come we are left in awe at how clean they leave our carpets. Braeden is super friendly, and patiently explains the voodoo chemistry of cleaning different kinds of stains. It's great to have a company we can depend on year after year to do the job well.

Highly recommend Quality Cleaning. They are a locally owned company with wonderful customer service. Braeden arrived early, was clear with his assessment of my carpet and their condition as well as aftercare treatment. My cleaning was completed in the time window they had me scheduled, in which I received multiple reminders leading to our appointment. Braeden was able to remove my highly concentrated stain with ease and gave me feedback to areas that I was unaware of previously done damage. I will surely reach back out in a few weeks to complete other rooms in our home! See our before and after photos

This was our first experience with Quality Cleaning and we are so glad a friend recommended them to us. We got an appointment within days, our service man arrived early and did a fantastic job. Our carpeted stairs were especially stained and a previous company couldn’t get them cleaned but Quality did. It looks brand new! We have two older dogs that bring in a lot of dirt, as well as sometimes get sick and have accidents and Quality got it all out and left our house smelling clean and fresh again. We highly recommend them!

We explained what we wanted, Alex said he could do it and agreed to clean up our 3.2acre property, and then maintain it 2x a month. Then he had a series of misfortunes like hitting 2 hoses, a fence post, broken equipment and then he hired a klutz. After all that took place and then purchasing from us an older riding mower so he could continue working until his was fixed, and a pull behind sprayer, he still owes us 200.00 worth of work. Which he said he would do. He has yet to do what we asked in exchange for money owed which was string trim our ditch and a sand filter mound. When asked after more than a week. He said it slipped his mind, and that he would be out on Tuesday to take care of it. That has been almost 3 weeks ago.

I would recommend that you find some one else.

Alex seemed like a nice guy, unfortunately, my recomendation is based on him being unreliable, and not a man of his word.

I have been cleaning up after this horrible tree in my yard for years. I finally got tired of it and called Alex. He gave me an amazing price and had the work completed amazingly quick. So happy I trusted him with this. No more pesky leaves every year to have to clean up. Alex will always be my first call whenever I need anything yard related!

Hacen muy buen trabajo , muy profesionales , muy amables !
Se los recomiendo mucho !

I have a large lawn area which needed aeration for overseeding. Alex was timely and went right to work. He made many more passes than I ever expected. Best aeration job ever! Happy to see sprouting new lawn developing in and around a multitude of holes.

Great job would recommend!

Didn't show up or call to appointment.

Alex and his team always do such a great job. Have used them for years.
