Every once in a while a company goes above and beyond what you'd expect! Brothers is that company! I have used them several times and always have a great experience. Highly recommend!

Bo and Joe have both helped try to get our hot water working the way it should after another plumbing company took advantage of us. I had a feeling of confidence with both of these very nice and capable young men and we are almost where we need to be with the water heater.

I had two toilets installed. Mike was superb! He was very professional and knowledgeable about the toilets I selected. Mike was also friendly, helpful and efficient. I will happily recommend Brother's to neighbors!! Thanks Mike!!

Horrible experience. They came through a contractor and did several jobs. One was installing a work sink on a wall right opposite to the water heater: quoted around $600 ended up costing around $2000. This was done by the slowest and sloppiest plumber we have ever worked with. Another plumber connected a garbage disposal that leaked: he had to come back to fix it and of course we had to pay for the visit. On top of it all they charged an extra 30% on all materials they uses. If you feel like being ripped off, this is the place.

Mike came to my home to replace a cracked hose bib. In less than an hour he had a new one on. No more leaks! He even re-attached the hoses for me so I can get the plants watered right away! Thanks Brothers Plumbing!

I've known Chad and Rich for many years, but we recently started a remodel of our home and needed bathroom fixtures replaced, as well as new showers plumbed. From Chad's advice and scheduling, to Joe and Devin's plumbing work, Brothers Plumbing is one of the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. They are always prompt and professional, what you expect from a contractor. They replaced my water heater at my office way sooner than I anticipated, which I didn't have a time set as I was not in a hurry. I glad they did, being older I realized how much I like hot water.

Super service at reasonable prices. Had a shower rough-in installed. Josh made scheduling super easy. Mike installed it beautifully. Mike was on time and took the same amount of time quoted. Mike left the job site cleaner than when he started. Super happy.

Thank you Brother's plumbing for taking a look at my hot water tank and lighting the pilot light and fixing the problem for no charge! Bo was very courteous and professional at our home. We had called another Creswell plumber and he said "you need a new hot water tank" without even looking at it!! Bo took the time after he got off work to take a quick look and it was a very easy fix. Also when I first called Brother's plumbing Josh who answered the phone was over the top kind to me and stayed in close contact with me until my hot water tank was running properly again. The only recommendation I would give this company is to hire more residential Journeyman plumbers for your growing establishment so that if I had needed a new hot water tank that the wait would not have had to be 2 week's out. Other then that I will tell my neighbors about how pleased I was with my first experience with Brother's Plumbing . 👍

We had a great experience with Brothers Plumbing. They went above and beyond helping us get our business up and running again in an emergency, and were clear, prompt and honest in their communications.

When our crawlspace started smelling of sewage I feared the worst. I called Brothers Plumbing and they were able to come by in a faster time frame then I had assumed. They quickly found the issue despite my crawlspace not being up to code. They came back and dug out the crawlspace enough to get under the house and then went under there and replaced the entire tub drainpipe which had fallen apart. They were kind to my curious child and considerate toward my dogs, even when they were not on their best behavior.
One part they had fixed, the tub overflow, came loose a couple of weeks later and when I called about it Josh and his team were quick to come in, fix it up even better, and assure me they always stand by their work.
From what I can see, I'd agree. It can be difficult to find a good plumber I am told, but I was lucky enough to find Brother's right away.

Called Brothers Plumbing at noon with toilet issue. Josh had Mike come out about 3 hours later and had the problem fixed in around 30 minutes. Fantastic service and will use them again for any other future plumbing issues.

BEST AROUND! 1000/10! Best communication and timeliness I have ever seen! I have used them now 2 times and been beyond impressed with each job and conversation we have! Highly recommend!

Husband and I wanted accurate bid for changing plumbing in our newly purchased home. One of the men that came out to the house was unpleasant and acted as if he was in a hurry and didn’t want to be there. He inaccurately told me that he knew the house and the ‘little old lady who lived here before us” (which was false as she was NOT a little old lady). He then proceeded to tell me that our water heater needed to be replaced because it was old but little did he know that I knew it was NOT and is only 6 years old; in which he didn’t even take the time to inspect it. He then told me there has been no updates to the house, but there was, and did not have any interest in looking around, or even glimpsing under the crawl space. I wanted to call my husband because I knew he had some questions and the man told me not to call, which was a red flag to me. He was at the house for under 10 minutes which was what I found odd and was extremely arrogant as he just went around telling me what they were going to do and did not have any questions to any requests that I may of had. It took over a week to even receive our bid. We ended up getting a second opinion from another company who did an excellent job on the bid and got the estimate before they even left! We also ended up finding out more false information the man from big brothers told us about our plumbing. I do not recommend this company. I suggest they become more patient and kind to their potential customers and less of arrogant men.

I love Brothers Plumbing. They hooked up a new gas stove for me years ago. Recently, they put in a new on demand water system at my place. They took time to explain options to me and how the system works. I enjoy the friendliness of their workers and staff. They even took time to help me start my gas fireplace. I hive this company 5 stars. I love that they are a local company. As a homeowner and senior, I am always shocked at how much things cost but that’s to be expected. Other companies would be just as much or perhaps do sub par work or use parts that have less quality.

Great company my water heater went out. Even with their booked schedule they were able to send someone out the same day. Mike was awesome and super knowledgeable he let me know the issue and that he could take care of it right away. They had the water heater back up and running the same day. Would recommend to anyone.

Employee was rude and making jokes about other employees being injured. Crude and inappropriate humor. All while at a store. Won't be calling them for plumbing.

I have no experience with your service, just with men emplyed by you on the freeway with your drivers in your marked van. Rude, unaccommodating, couldn't pick a speed, and we're downright speeding. My teenaged driver was pulling a trailer with them near us, and YOUR drivers created an unsafe situation in heavy traffic on I5. I would not recommend service from your company based on the temperament of the men in the van on the freeway. That was shameful they way they picked on a teenaged girl. Faces, hand gestures, and a general disposition of superiority....they had to be in front, so they could slow down. Brake tapping for no cause, the driver looking at his phone, speeding around my daughter just to drive 5 under towing speed and looking at his phone. We were pulling a heavy load. Shameful behavior on the part of your employees.

Brothers Plumbing has been my go-to company for many years. Recently I had a leak on a weekend that I thought was an emergency. I went with another company, only because it was the weekend, and they were open. That experience was negative for a variety of reasons. I ended up back with Brothers Plumbing, who I continue to work with today. Their staff is knowledgeable, kind, reasonable, friendly, and patient. They've shown over and over that they can be trusted. Their BBB score is A+. Literally everyone I talk to that knows about them, speaks highly of the company. You can't go wrong with them!

My husband and I have been remodeling our home ourselves for the past 2 years. We have worked very hard and put our blood, sweat and tears into it. The last thing we needed to be able to make the home livable was our shower faucet to work. Mike came in complemented our home and all the hard work we have done, and fixed our leaking shower handle in about 20 minutes. He was very nice and even threw in a couple things we needed for free. We will definitely use brothers plumbing for any future issues we have with our plumbing. Thank you!!!!!!
