We had Erik do the finish plumbing on our little one-bedroom house. He had an opening for us the week after we made our initial phone call to him. He was there early in the morning that day and had it all done within a couple hours. It is so nice to have running water again, as we are finishing a massive remodel on the whole house.

Can’t say enough good about Erik and Legacy plumbing. Their front desk was communicative and helpful, they were priced fairly. I had him do a commercial project for me and the work quality was beyond my expectations, he was prompt, tidy, and courteous. I have worked with lots of sub contractors over the years and have never found a plumber that I was really impressed with until now.

I whole heartedly agree with the other reviews here. Erik did a good job at a fair price on our house and he did it twice. Ashley called me right back and got an appointment the same week.

Everyone was very friendly and they were able to order a new toilet and schedule installation within a week over a holiday weekend!!!

We contacted Erik and he installed our laundry room sink in a timely and cost effective manner. He was very professional and did excellent work. I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

We chose them because they had such high reviews, called and made an appointment. Explained what our issues are and what we hoped and needed to find out and get fix. We waited over a week for our appointment. Two people showed up we shared again the issue, they told us how they helped others with similar issues, went out to the water meter, opened looked at it, said they needed to go get the equipment they needed said they would come back. We never heard from them again😡 not when they would be back, nothing, one would think if going on a call they would be prepared and have tools in their vehicle, we expected them to go get what was needed and come back! But not ONE Word. 2 days later we called and told them clearly we don’t need this kind of service. Very disappointing.

I was extremely pleased with Legacy Plumbing. Ashley and Eric provided excellent customer service! Eric arrived on time, assessed the problem and gave me a reasonable estimate for a fix. He explained my options to me and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing. I also asked Eric to look at my garbage disposal he was able to assess, test and I discovered I needed a new one. I made a second appointment for him to come back out and install my garbage disposal. Legacy Plumbing will be my go-to for any future Plumbing needs.

If you like to doing business with people who do what they say they are going to do, at the price they say they will do it for ,when they say hey are going to do it, the Eric and Ashley are your people. I had been dealing with a home warranty company prior to calling Legacy for a simple water heater replacement with exactly the opposite experience. Three weeks without hot water, hours holding on the phone, four different people inspecting to determine if they going to replace or repair a water heater that had caught fire and leaking from the bottom and finally an email for me to acknowledge and accept, stating that there would be nearly $1500 in "uncovered charges" over and above the water heater replacement. Legacy quoted me a turnkey price that was less than the "uncovered charges" the warranty company and their subcontractors wanted. Two days later, I had hot water! Yes, I'm very pleased and would recommend Legacy for any of your plumbing needs.

Was without hot water for over a month. Legacy plumbing did little or nothing to resolve problem. Extremely poor customer service. Finally had to resolve the problem myself. They failed to return calls repeatedly. Will not use their services in the future!

Ashley, Eric and their apprentice are not only exceptional in customer service. Their work and follow up is professional and courteous!

My wife and I have only been in the area for a short while, but I would recommend their services for your plumbing needs and peace of mind!

We needed hot water heater replaced. We had issues with our old one not heating to correct temperature, or keep water hot to properly clean dishes, laundry, and would run out of hot water quickly while showering.
Legacy Plumbing listened and shared which heater would work best for our needs.
Their pricing is reasonable. They communicate well and have quick responses.
We now have hot water that heats as expected with no cold showers!
They worked quickly and the area was completely cleaned before they left!

Legacy Plumbing LLC did an incredible job replacing all the water lines in my home, as well as the main water line coming into the house. Their communication throughout the entire process was top-notch. They showed up on time, were friendly and professional, and left everything cleaner and better than it was when they arrived. After calling about 3 plumbers who were going to charge me a large amount of money just to do install a shower/bathtub valve and tub and jus to replace a drain in my master . I found Legacy Plumbing. Ashley and Erick are super great to work with. Ashley let me know how it works and gave me a fair quote for both bathrooms. Erick showed up on time and was very professional and nice! I will be calling them down the line for other work.

My contractor was having a difficult time getting a response from several plumbing companies with whom he usually works. Erik was able to squeeze in time to look at the project, a bathroom remodel, and provide an estimate and official quote quickly. While here, his professionalism, excellent communication, friendly demeanor, and sense of humor were evident. It felt like he was a friend visiting to help do some work. The plumbing was done efficiently and expeditiously. Quality work, reasonable rates, professional, and fun. I highly recommend Legacy if you need plumbing work done in Willamette Valley area!

I've used Legacy Plumbing in a professional capacity referring them to my clients for work that needed to be done, as well as in my own home. My experiences so far have been great. Good communication from Ashley, they showed up when they said they'd show up, and did the work they said they could do. That in and of itself sets a company apart from a lot of the competition these days. From what I've seen, Erik and his team care about doing things right the first time, which I greatly appreciate. Using quality parts is their default, not their upgrade. Keep up the good work!
