Omg, starting with Cody at the office. Very polite and answered my questions and was able to have Ryan come out within a day.
Ryan was wonderful. Went over and beyond answering all my questions and concerns. Being new to Independence, OR didn't really understand how many issues you can have with a crawl space. Explained everything we need to know in regards to plumbing issues with crawl space. Went in our crawl space to make sure we had no leaks.

We had been noticing water around the kitchen sink and thought maybe it was the dishwasher. Called Level up and it wasn’t any time and the leak was found. The galvanized pipe leading from the kitchen sink to the outside drain had corroded and was leaking under the sink. After it was replaced with a new pipe we were good to go. Very professional and priced just right. Thanks!

Called for help with a leak under the kitchen on Thursday afternoon. Ryan arrived Friday morning on time, repaired the leak and explained what happened. He took before and after photos. Very pleased with the excellent service, knowledge and friendliness.

My wife and I have had Ryan and Kody from Level Up do our plumbing work for the past two years, including a bathroom remodel, a pipe micro crack, and a full CPVC-to-PEX replacement. Level up was great, got a plumber out to give me a quote fast and was able to install my new toilets same day. Ryan did a great job and if I ever need any other work done, Ryan is the man for me. He is my huckleberry.

I called and a repairman came out within a few hours and gave me a diagnosis and within a few hours emailed 3 options for repair. Good communication and quick return with a very professional installation of an insta hot tank under the kitchen sink. I am very happy and intend to have them do more work for me. Highly recommend!
