Reviews of local pros in Dallas, Oregon

Yesterday we had Curtis Carpet Cleaning come to clean two very old and stained carpets, one in the community building and the other in our business office. The amount of dirt and residue that Zachory Curtis was able to extract with his machine was amazing. Both carpets had been cleaned within the year by other service providers. The results of this cleaning were much better than expected. The smell is great. Zach gave us a good deal and we will definitely have him back to do more cleaning for us.

Zack is a wonderful person to work with. I have cancer and Zack was so accomendating with my schedule with going to chemotherapy. He cleaned all the carpet. He had a special flashlight that showed where all the urine was in the carpet in each room. The smell was completely gone from my home. I just bought the property as a first time home owner I am glad I went with Curtis Carpet company. What's was nice he took before and after pictures of the work, I really did appreciate that. He took the time to explained everything so easily of the whole process and answered all my questions.

Zachory did an awesome job getting my dog friendly couches very clean. He was very fair with pricing and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to everyone!

Zach was very knowledgeable in the carpet cleaning industry. He has very good equipment and does a really great job. Got old stains out no one else could! I would highly recommend him!!

Zac clean my carpet yesterday and he did a beautiful job. Great quality work and exceptional customer service. I will use his services for future jobs and highly recommended to anyone.

I am so happy with my service! Zach is very friendly, open, enthusiastic, and professional. He came out on short notice and did a really nice job on my older carpet. He was transparent with me the whole time, and even gave me some non-skid material to hold down my carpet after I complained about it sliding all over the place. This is a man worth giving your business to!

I cannot recommend Curtis Carpet Cleaning enough! They did an incredible job cleaning my sons carpets and had everything looking brand new within 24 hours. The service was prompt, efficient, and the results are absolutely amazing. I am so impressed with the quality of their work and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you so much for your outstanding service, Zach!

Zachory provided great customer service and attention to detail. He promptly returned my call. Worked me into his schedule. Showed up on time. Provided great feedback as we walked through the house. While he was working, he communicated questions and concerns. He definitely went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied with the outcome. The cherry on top, he was able to salvage a pet demolished rug and returned it to a beautiful state. Thank you Zachory! We will definitely be repeat customers.

I had Zach out to clean an old, light colored, very pet stained carpet. He was even willing to come out on a Saturday!

Once he arrived we walked the carpeted areas, he explained very clearly what his plan of attack was, and he made sure I understood the process. He absolutely surpassed my expectations in every way...

Never did he try to upsell me or talk me into services that i didn't ask for, From the initial phone call, to the job preformed, to the after service support. Simply put, Zach is someone You can trust with your home.

Curtis carpet cleaning is “A” #1! The service and communication was excellent. The carpets and furniture were professionally cleaned with high tech products & machinery in a very timely manner. All of my issues were addressed and excellently handled. I would definitely recommend Zachary Curtis of Curtis Carpet Cleaning LLC and I will use him again. I have twice already!

Zachary did an excellent job on my furniture and rugs. My girlfriend has two German shepherds with digestive issues so you know they leave a huge mess. I've been throwing out my carpets for years and just buying new ones but this carpet matched my drapes so I decided to have it cleaned instead. The carpet and couch came out better than new. Zachary is friendly, fast, professional, and his pricing was way below quotes I got elsewhere. I know who I'll be calling next time I need my carpet cleaned!

Zach is amazing. If you need carpet cleaned, windows, or any of his other services do not hesitate to hire. You will be very glad you did. Your house will shine! And look new! He uses the best equipment, takes pride in his work and will make sure they exceed your expectations. On top of that his prices are very reasonable. He is personable and someone you feel comfortable having in your house. And will look forward to having him back for future cleanings.

Wonderful experience! Zach was so thorough. He worked so hard to get pet "issues" from previous owners out. He gave a great price and did more than I was even planning. Turns out my couch needed some serious love too. Everything looks amazing. I'm so happy! I would definitely hire this company again and will refer any of my friends who have carpet/furniture cleaning needs. :D

Curtis Carpet cleaning is fabulous. Great communication and true heart of service. Not only amazing at the job also gives back to the community and supports our veterans. Bravo

Zach did a great job and was very professional! So happy I went with a local business! Will and would use Curtis Carpet Cleaning again and recommend him to others!

Zac did a great job on my couch and loveseat. He took his time and wouldn't stop until he was satisfied with the results. I'm new to the area and Zac is very knowledgeable about all the places to visit. I'll be asking him to do other jobs.

Thank you for exceptional service and fair prices! It was a pleasure meeting you! We really appreciate your excellent work ethics! Our rugs look amazing! Thanks ever so much!
