Constraction reviews in Damascus, Oregon

I've used Armadas Exteriors twice for gutter replacement jobs and they have been great! Competitive proposals, punctual, nice work and professional folks. They are very responsive and customer focused. I would highly recommend them for your projects.

A huge shoutout to Armadas Exterior LLC for fixing our gutter that fell off during the ice storm! I called them Saturday and they arrived Monday afternoon to fix it! I expected a much longer wait after this past week’s chaos. Thank you Lloyd Anderson!

Bonus- I got a roof quote from them and, according to what people in the neighborhood paid for their new roof, Armadas came in VERY competitive! I highly recommend!

Armadas Exterior was responsive and professional. They were able to send someone out to the business I work at the very same day I contacted them! They checked a leaky gutter for repair and, upon realizing it was simply a bad clog, fixed it right then and there. Teresa and their estimator, Lloyd, were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will absolutely be reaching out to them in the future if our gutters decide to act up again!

Armadas did amazing work! They scheduled earlier than planned and and at a reasonable cost. I was working during the installation, but you wouldn't have even known they were there except for seeing the new gutters. Thank you Armadas and will definitely br contacting you again for any home repairs !

My experience with Armadas Exterior has been nothing but positive, beginning with my initial contact with Teresa, the office manager. This company has the very best customer service of any business I have dealt with for as long as I can remember. Upon contacting Teresa, she immediately arranged for Lloyd, the owner, to come out and give a bid on our five building condominium complex. We needed new gutters and downspouts for all of the buildings. Lloyd had the bid to me, separated by building as requested, within one day. When I needed a true color chart, he was at my door within half an hour with the manufacturer's color book. After the ice storm, I called the office to inquire as to whether it would be necessary to hire someone to clean off our roofs before the gutter installation. Again, Lloyd immediately came out and cleared the roofs of the limbs and debris - at no charge.

Jeff, who was in charge of the gutter installation, completed all of the buildings in the designated amount of time - working long, full days. He was punctual, efficient, made a point to keep me informed as to everything that was being done and walked me through the completed work daily. The clean up was thorough, which was greatly appreciated.

I can't say enough about this company. Teresa, Lloyd and Jeff are phenomenal. The gutters and downspouts look great and they, along with the Premier gutter covers, are top quality. I highly recommend Armadas Exterior for the quality of their work and products, their professionalism and most of all, their exceptional customer service.

Armadas Exterior had installed our brand new gutters over the summer. We choose them based on reviews as well as their price. (Formerly - Solartech). The installation went smoothly. Jason and his team were excellent with communication and scheduling and the new gutters worked great. After a few months I requested they come back out and make a minor adjust to one of the gutters and Jason responded promptly and scheduled time with me. He came out, fixed the one issue, cleaned out our gutters and noticed that we could use an additional downspout. We scheduled additional time, he came out and did the install free of charge under warranty. I was super thrilled with the work! On top of that, he came back out a third time and painted the downspout to match the other downspouts. All under warranty and happily. I have rarely ever had this kind of exceptional service and would recommend Armadas at any point. I will consider them for any future exterior work as well. Super thrilled!

Armadas did a fantastic job color match, installation and timing was absolutley perfect and it has been almost 2 years now and their product that was installed is still working great and looks perfect. I highly recommend Armadas

We had gutter replacement done by Armadas and from the first call I made to Armadas I was impressed. Their customer service was wonderful! Andrew the estimator was on time, pleasant and helpful. The estimate was reasonable, we had 2 other companies come in a bit higher. Armadas installers were prompt and efficient, the gutters look great and work great. We've also received follow up calls to check on our satisfaction and make sure everything is still working great. I definitely would recommend them. Thanks!

When we decided to redo our roof it was because of a hole that had come through the ceiling. It was stressful and I didn't know where to turn. I had at least 10 different contractors come in addition to our mothers to our home and provide estimates. Not only was Armada the least expensive quote they were also the first people who made me feel like I can trust. Unlike some of the companies out there that just come and send a salesperson to push you into a sale and then hire some other contractors to do the work these guys quote and do the work. It's a family business and it's a local Oregon business and that means a lot to me. Not only are they local they're also excellent craftsmen, efficient with their time and yours and very communicative. From start to finish I had a wonderful experience and I would 10 out of 10 recommend them to anyone. Anything exterior I ever need in the future they will be my first call.

The Armadas team is fantastic! I waited a few months to post my review, I wanted see how well our new gutters functioned in the rainy season and they have exceeded our expectations. We had issues with our old gutters overflowing in certain areas and Armadas took care to correct our concerns with the new gutter install. What set them apart for us is the attention to detail. Of the gutter quotes we got they were the only company to point out that our roof was missing a drip edge. That should have been installed with our roof and they fixed the issue when they did the gutter installation for us. Their pricing was very competitive too with the other quotes we got. Since the install we did have an issue with one section of gutter where the soffit is rotting. Armadas responded quickly and showed up to fix the warranty issue! It’s been clear to me that they stand by their workmanship and I highly recommend them.

Had my roof and skylights replaced. Very friendly and great to work with. The price was in the range I expected. They also showed up to the estimate with an example of the materials as well as a booklet explaining their warranty. The roof was installed quickly and there was no left over mess. In fact my yard was cleaner when they were done. Would definitely use them again

I went on Angi's List looking for quotes to get my gutters replaced. Theresa called me and we spoke. She was very customer service oriented and friendly. She scheduled the appt for the estimate and then called to follow up with me after I received the estimate. The crew arrived to do the job and they did an amazing job. I would recommend Armadas Exterior without giving it a second thought. I know who I'm calling when I get ready to replace my roof and/or siding. 5 stars!!

I had a gutter overflow problem recently. Called on Monday and Robert was here Wednesday morning to give me a quote. While assessing the issue we discussed a new downspout, but he found it was clogged after climbing his ladder to the top of the second floor. He cleaned it out, said it will last through the winter, made suggestions for future upkeep and likely need for a new downspout, and left without charging me for the call. If I need something done in the future, and I will, I will definitely call this company to do the job. Thanks, Robert, really appreciated the service.

Maybe the easiest five star review I’ve ever had the pleasure of giving. Armadas Exterior was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the owner to every team member that stepped foot on my property, they were punctual, courteous and friendly — every single one of them.

I can’t promise they can do this for everyone, but for insurance purposes, I needed my roof done from quote to complete in four days (yikes!!) AND THEY DID IT!! Excellent communication from start to finish. Their work is meticulously superior while their pricing remains competitive.

They’ll be doing more exterior work for us in the near future!

A+ and five stars. Add these guys to your list and scratch everyone else off — this is the only call you’ll need to make.

Armadas provided a reasonable quote and then followed up with great service! No drama, no upsell, just quality work reattaching the gutters that were loose at an elderly relatives house. I would use them again but it looks like the gutters are going to hold fine! :)

We had a leak in our roof, I called Armadas Exterior and they were here within a couple of hours. Lloyd came inspected the roof and had the area where the leak was coming from covered immediately! They had the whole process done in two days after my first call. It was done flawlessly. With their fast and friendly service I highly recommend Armadas Exteriors and would not hesitate to call them for any future needs.

Several of my neighbors had their gutters replaced by Armadas Exterior, and when I needed mine done, I gave them a call. I was impressed by Armadas' quick response and the quoted price was very reasonable. They were able to fit me in their schedule in a timely manner. I am very happy with the work that was done! The crew was professional and communication with Lexie in their office was excellent. I would highly recommend Armadas Exterior, and they will be doing siding for me as well.

What can I say other than WOW! Armadas put a new roof, gutters and skylight on my house last week. Roof only took a day and a half, gutters were about half a day and the skylights were installed within a few hours. AND Lloyd, the owner of Armadas, convinced me to get the solar skylight and I have zero regrets! They have built in sun shades and the skylights will raise to help vent the home. Plus they have a built in smoke sensor in case I'm cooking and set off the smoke alarms, it will auto vent AND they have a rain sensor so if they are open and it starts raining they will auto close. I am so happy with the job they did; I only found 4 nails and one small piece of shingle in my flower beds, they definitely take pride in their work as well as the cleanup afterwards. Keep up the great work!!

Armadas Exterior LLC installed a new roof and gutters on my house. They were great to work with. Excellent communication, efficient installation of the roof/gutters, and the customer service was wonderful through out the whole process.

Great experience with Armadas Exterior LLC. The team was timely, skilled, and very thorough. Quality results from start to finish.

These guys did a great job! My husband had forgot to put gutters on the shop. Many moons ago. The facial boards rotted away. They came to my rescue. Repaired the dry rot. My son and I think now the shop look complete. Awsome job!
