We recommend this company Highly. We had another company come out last week and said our system was low on refrigerant So we proceeded with what they called a test and balance. We paid for the test and balance and they were on there way. A day later the system did the same thing so we called the company. The told us over the phone that it probably had a leak and we need to send some one out and it would be another service charge. We called Integrated and they came out and the real problem was that the original installing contractor did not install a decent air filter system and the evaporator coil was so dirty that there was no air flow. We had them do the correct repair and our system is working better than it has for years. And the had to pull the refrigerant out that the other company added. Great job and professional company.
