Our backyard was unusable. With 2 young boys, we needed a safe place for them to play. C and D completely redid our backyard and did an incredible job. They were very professional and left the site clean every night. They went above on beyond what was expected. They were very flexible with us and helped make our backyard dreams a reality. Even from day one, Caleb was very helpful making drawings of what would be possible (which other companies did not do). Highly recommend them!

We had a very good experience with C & D, and I really enjoyed working with them. I would give 5* excepts we had a problem at the start, and unfortunately weren't briefed on what to do if we had leaking over a weekend. HOWEVER, as soon as they found out the problem, they took full responsibility, paid our plumbing bill and fixed the problem. A good company.

C & D's employees were wonderful from start to finish on our yard project, including removing our old grass and placing new sod, redoing parts of our irrigation system and getting it all up and working properly again, weeding and refreshing our paths, putting fresh bark in, and redoing our pond that didn't work. They were able to come back and help us with some other smaller projects later on, too. Great company to hire!

They do a great job, keep to their estimates and they communicate well as to progress on the project, or to answer any questions. We used them to perform some accident related damages to our property. They did very good job and we were very satisfied with the results. .

C&D Landscaping has been an amazing find! I first used them to put up our Christmas lights for 2018. They were so reasonably priced and reliable, and efficient. They were completely professional from the manager of the project to the individuals doing the labor. I was always in amazement, given my poor experiences with at least a half dozen other landscapers over the past six years, how reliable they are. I always received a cost estimate on time and it was always very thorough and detailed. They were also very willing to work with you and had a great deal of flexibility. I am so delighted to have someone so professional, reliable, and pleasant to work with.

My husband and I own 3 different businesses that all utilize landscaping services. We are huge on customer service. We like to support other businesses that share the same values as us. I wish I could say this company was one of those. I attempted to resolve the issue and offer feedback on 7/23/24 to HR but they were not interested, So here is my in depth review. I was home alone in the back yard when I saw someone poking around my yard. I was startled and said " Hi can I help you?" The employee ignored me and continued to poke around my yard anyway without identifying their name, why they were in my yard, what they were looking for, or who they were with. So I asked again "can I help you?" I was then told to go back inside and they were "just doing a back flow test". I was confused (I didn't order this- I didn't know if it was the city, utilities, or someone being sketchy). I was concerned and asked the employee if it was something that was scheduled. He said with attitude "nope" and continued to ignore me and look around my yard. At this point, I was scared to be honest. So I asked why he was on my property. And then he threw his head back and said "I was paid to do a backflow test". Again confused, I replied " I just asked you this". He then started to argued with me and said "no you asked if it was scheduled". Confused and still not knowing who he was I asked him to leave my property. As he walked to the front of the house I followed him and discovered the company he was with because he got into a C&D landscaping truck and then asked for his name- JAMES. After this event, I called my husband and discovered that he ordered a test through this company that doesnt typically do our landscaping. I called the company and apologized for my husband and my poor communication with one another but also wanted to express my concerns of the attitude of the employee and his unwillingness to identify himself which is a huge safety concern (for myself and could have been for the employee). The HR individual did not appear concerned and just responded with "I'll get James side of the story" and questioned me instead of listening to my feedback. (Was my yard gated, was it a private access property, was I in the house to hear him in knock on the door, and other questions that did not matter as to my complaint. ) There were no apparent concerns for the employees behavior or understanding that I was terrified that I just had a strange man in my yard who wouldn't identify themselves and told me to "go back inside". As a business owner, I would have wanted this feed back if this was how one of our employees treated our customers. An appropriate response would have been "Hi, I'm James, with c and d landscaping, I am here to do a backflow test in your yard that was ordered". And not an HR representative that thought if I was inside the house and could hear a knock on the door I would have had the opportunity for someone to identify them selves (which was said). So since I wasnt- I didn't have the right to know who was on my property? I Will not recommend this company to anyone or use them again. I hope whoever reads this can use this as a training opportunity to improve customer service and safety. Hire people that reflect your work culture and company vision and HR/leadership that are passionate about customer service and supporting the value you want to bring, and most importantly- the safety of your employees.

Several neighbors had used and recommended C&D Custom Construction so we had Caleb give us a bid. We liked his manner, ideas and suggestions and his pricing was very reasonable. He was able to start work very quickly and with the exception of a couple of sub-contractor related hiccups finished with great results - a beautiful expanded deck, some new and greatly improved shelving and tile baseboards in bathrooms and laundry/utility room as well as a small fence project. Caleb was extremely communicative and really advocated for us. Victor, the foreman, and his team were efficient, hardworking and very orderly. And we especially enjoyed the entertainment factor - Victor was a joy as he was always singing as he worked!
We look forward to working with C&D Custom Construction in the fall when they will build a cover for one portion of our deck and a patio underneath.
Thank you Caleb, Victor, Frankie and Juan for a project well done! -
We had a great experience with C & D. These folks are very professional with competitive pricing. Our project was large and took crews of 2-6, 5 days a week, for over 5 weeks to complete. The quality of the work is what you’d see around a high end winery which is part of their portfolio.
It involved demolition of existing landscaping around the house which they hauled away, reshaping the terrain, installing a couple hundred feet of custom paver pathways with special edging, a custom circular seating area, full irrigation with automatic control, extensive landscape lighting, a wide variety of deer resistant plants and trees and granite boulders for accent. They also installed a trench drain in the driveway.
The results were fantastic. They kept the work site orderly and clean. There were a couple of minor adjustments which they readily completed to our satisfaction. Throughout the entire process, they were truly eager to make us happy and wanted the final results to be to our liking. When they said what they’d do and when, they followed through.
We’re very happy we selected them and the results back it up. Caleb and Greg were great POCs and they weren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and help the team when warranted. Of the many landscape companies we interviewed, they were clearly the right choice and we highly recommend them for your project, small to very large.
