We had Bear install some new outlets and do some minor repair work. While I think the work appears good, I think the labor cost was too high and they would not adjust the invoice even though they had a trainee on the job who wasn't working independent of the normal electrician. As a warning to potential customers, I would clarify the number of workers (I wasn't told I would be paying for two) and you should also realize they don't give itemized material invoices. We were charged over $300 for what appears to be less than $100 worth of materials from Grainger.

Stellar service. Called me back in a reasonable amount of time to schedule my service. When the electricians arrived they were professional and extremely nice. Got the work done quickly and cleaned up before they left. Will be calling them back for all our other upcoming renovation needs. Thank you for your excellent customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ryan and his helper were sub contracted from Just Radon to finish up some work. They were very polite and friendly. Took their shoes off when coming inside and had excellent customer service!

Usually when I have projects, I try to do them myself or have side work done. This time though there were too many and too complicated so for the first time ever I contracted a company to come out. Starting with the office and scheduling... the gentleman was excellent with helping me talk through what I needed and didn’t. He answered my questions so I was ready with supplies for install. Scheduled quicker than most. The Pedro and Andrew arrived on time and ready to go. They were polite, respectful, professional, and very pleasant to interact with. They didn’t mind my chatting and where sweet to my dogs. They were the kind of guys you could let them in and leave, knowing things would be just fine. I will certainly be recommending Bear in the future.

We recently bought a generator and Ed and Nick from Bear Electric came and wired in all the switches that we needed to run the machine. They were very thorough and explained everything as they were working. Neat, professional, and friendly. I had a great experience with Fernando at Bear Electric, who installed a complicated system of lights, switches, and tracks in a room we are preparing for renovation. Bear Electric was helpful in the scheduling and insurance certificate requirements, and Fernando was beyond knowledgeable/skilled, confident, and extremely expedient/focused. Together, they get beyond top marks.

Bear did all the electric for the mini splits and heat pump I had installed. A few days later I had no hot water, and the water heater breaker kept turning off. Jonathan who did the electrical came to check the problem as part of the warranty.. Quickly discovered there was a cracked wire, (old breaker panel) and it could have been very dangerous due to how hot the wire was. Jonathan diagnosed, and fixed quickly. Not only did he save my house from having a fire, he did not charge me anything, and I have hot water again. The nicest electricians I have ever met. Bear is the only company who will replace my old breaker panel or any future work needed. Thank you Jonathan for peace of mind!!

We had Bear Electric come in to install a new outlet so that we could replace our gas water heater with electric. Bear handled my queries over the phone and agreed to come the very next day. The electrician Breanna was prompt even texting me twice because she was a little late in traffic. She willingly spent an hour consulting the heating company over the phone to get details about the furnace and make sure the circuit installation was right. She was super diligent and even though it was in the garage she took care to do the work aesthetically which pleased my better half immensely. Excellent! Thank You.

You guys are amazing!!! 2 gentlemen came in and fixed the lights in the hallway, bathroom and dining room and the fixtures in the bedrooms. They're very professional, courteous, friendly and hardworking. I don't remember there names but we will never go to another electrician. If I could give you guys 10 stars I would. Thanks again!!!

I hired an electrician to separate two suite within my comercial property. The first electrician failed in all aspects. After paying the deposit and agreeing on a time frame they went dark other than dropping off parts that weren’t up to code for the job. I then contacted Bear Electric and they showed up to scope the project and Tim provided a concise estimate, which I accepted. Unlike the original firm, Bear was involved with PGE immediately and got the ball rolling and handed everything from permitting to providing PGE everything they needed. I will use Bear for all my electrical needs form now on.
