Reviews of local pros in Dundee, Oregon

I have never used any cleaning service before so didn't know where to start. And, while I was ready in many ways, my budget is not because of a huge project we have going. Mireille did an excellent job explaining options and had so many recommendations that made settling on a plan easy. She handled all my questions like a pro and made me feel confident in what we selected. She was very clear that she could work with any budget and did a great job listening to my desires and priorities and then solidifying a plan that met all the needs So customer service? A+

How was the cleaning itself? Also A+! She and her team clearly take pride in doing a fabulous, thorough job and it shows. It was such a delight coming home to a house that was clean, cared for and fresh that I didn't lift a finger for! You can see the attention to detail - even my husband made several comments! So, I feel great about my choice and it goes to show the reviews left boy others helped me to select a great company all around!

This team came in and got it DONE! We hired Life is Maid for a move in deep clean, and I am so impressed. The attention to detail, and willingness to focus on the things that needed cleaning the most. I am so happy with the results. They were easy to schedule with, communicated in advance, and wrapped up the job moping their way out and leaving the house looking stunning!!

The team at Life is Maid did an incredible job taking care of our very lived in house. They even took the dog covers off the couch and ran them in the washer for us and then vacuumed the couch as well leaving those incredible vacuum lines. 🤩 They came in organized with a game plan on how to best execute a big job and did it with care and attention to detail. Thank you!

I has my carpets cleaned by Mireille this morning. He was on time, professional and organized. I had originally scheduled an oriental rug, stairs and small office. He did such a great job, I asked him if he had time for 2 bedrooms. He made it work. I am very pleased with how my carpets turned out and the house feels and smells so much cleaner. I highly recommend. Oh, and the machine comes inside, no leaving your front door open the whole time!

I love this small business! They are top notch in cleaning, very detailed and fast. Also reasonably priced. They bring all tools and products so preparation is a breeze. The owner is easy to schedule with and all employees are kind! Highly recommend!

Very happy with their service, they did and excellent job!!!

Great job! Very professional and beautiful work. Thank you!

We were very disappointed with how unprofessional and unresponsive Jose was after we agreed on an estimate and work date. We patiently waited over a month to get the work done and then just a few days before the date he sent a google calendar cancellation with no explanation or apology, nothing. We had also sent two emails in the weeks leading up to the date finalizing a few details and to confirm the date with no response. What a waste of time!

José replaced our patio and walkway. He was great at letting us know what to expect and when to expect it throughout all phases of the job. José and his team were always time and very professional. We are very happy with how our project turned out. Thank you José!

I would highly recommend ConcreStone, Jose and his team removed our existing concrete patio and then poured new stamped patio. It looks absolutely beautiful and makes our backyard look stunning. The entire crew was very professional and respectful of what we wanted in the final product. José keeps communication open at all times, always available for questions, help and suggestions. Outstanding Job, thank you very much!

I found 3 companies on Craigslist and had 2 come bid my job. I chose Jose Gutierrez, owner/operator of ConcreStone, LLC who does all aspects of concrete work for slabs, stamped concrete patios…

Jose came by and gave me an extremely competitive, no cost bid and he openly shared his expertise and advice on how to best complete my job based on his 20 years of experience. Jose and his crew showed up on time, did fantastic work and wrapped up every detail completely before having me do a final inspection.

I 100% recommend Jose based on my experience.

Jose did an Incredible job! Very knowledgeable, very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.

Jose and his team did amazing work at a fair price. We are extremely satisfied on the outcome of our patio. Jose was very receptive to ideas we had about our patio. He was very responsive and very timely.

My husband and I recently bought a new home in McMinnville. We needed a lot of concrete work done. We couldn't even get responses from most concrete companies. I looked online for concrete companies with good reviews. I took a chance and called ConcreStone as they had good reviews. We were uncertain as to who to call, as we have never had concrete work done. We made the right decision to call them! ConcreStone called us back, came out, gave us a fair bid and did all that we asked and more. They kept every appointment, showed up on time and did outstanding work. I highly recommend using ConcreStone for any concrete work. ConcreStone had Wilsonville concrete pour the concrete. One of the guys from Wilsonville concrete told my husband that the guys with ConcreStone are the best in the business. Jose from ConcreStone said he had been working with one of the guys for 20 years and their work together showed it! It’s refreshing to know that there are still companies that do great work that you can count on!

ConcreStone was referred to me by a family member that had some work done by him. After seeing the quality that Jose and his team produced I wanted to hire ConcreStone for the concrete work I wanted done. Jose, the owner, was so polite and easy to communicate with throughout my project that it just made me even more pleased that I chose him for the work I needed. We where needing a master/back patio for our house and we also wanted a curb to go around our future front lawn. Jose has an excellent eye for detail and was able to Invision and achieve what we where looking for. I cannot say enough good this about Jose and his whole team.

Update: 7-12-2022

My grass has come in and now you can see how good the curb looks.

ConcreStone delivered an exceptional driveway renovation, leaving us with a highly satisfactory outcome. The crew exhibited commendable professionalism, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, which significantly enhanced our overall experience. We are confident in the durability and longevity of their work, eagerly anticipating its long-term benefits.

I decided to go with concrete patio instead of redoing my deck and Concrestone made that happen way above my expectation. Jose is very knowledgeable and did not rush the job. My next door neighbor a retired contractor was surprised with all the extra details Jose did just for a patio like adding rebars, extra expansion joints and extra layer of cement for my roof post. Great crew overall and I highly recommend.
