Great work - I really appreciate the itemized invoice, the communication and the great CRM system you guys use. If only all contractors were using such system! Makes everything so much easier. Great work by the team on the mast repair and I appreciate the expediate service. Would definitely recommend and will be using for future electric work.

LiveWire Electric did an amazing job wiring our new workout room. They are proficient, came up with great ideas for solutions to some logistical problems and are extremely knowledgeable! In addition, they were on time, communicated with us throughout the whole process and were very professional. I highly recommend their services!

Called for a bid to install an EV charger. Very prompt return call to my message and they gave me the bid over the phone using Google Street View and asking several questions to clarify the situation. The bid was very reasonable (compared to some others that were nearly twice as much!) and in line with my expectation based upon my own electrical experience. I called them back after getting the other expensive bids to see if maybe they’d misunderstood something in the initial call (though I wasn’t sure how since it’s a very straightforward, simple project). We went over it again and they confirmed the details and that estimated price and said that they just believe in fair pricing and can’t really say why other electricians charge so much more.

While I ultimately ended up not hiring Livewire after discussing the project with a contractor friend and opting to do the work myself to save the money (at the expense of nearly an entire weekend), I will be keeping them in mind for future electrical work based on the very positive experience I had here.

Livewire has done work for my business, personal home and on projects I’ve worked on. They are exceptional to work with, fair priced, and great communicators.

The guys that came out to address my issue were great. The cabinet was covering up part of the outlet that was a problem, but he was able to come up with a solution to make it work. They were fast and efficient and reasonable in price. I didn’t feel ripped off like I do with some people who come to do repairs. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a new panel replacing the original on the back of the house allowing me to plug in a generator to run the house. They did a great job and now with the flip of a switch the house can run off my generator.
They worked 4/5 hours till it was done and cleaned up leaving no mess. Any future work I will definitely be calling them again.

Had an outlet that stopped working at home, and the breaker for the outlet was not staying on when flipped back on.

Reached out using their site's contact form, and very quickly had text messages incoming to confirm an appointment time. At least for the work I needed, they were able to share a starting estimate and it was the same we'd heard from two other companies in the area.

Adam, the electrician that arrived at our appointment time, was quick and polite. He found the breaker that was having issues, replaced it and tested the new one, and was out the door in about 25 minutes or less.

I would gladly use LiveWire again in the future, though it's only been once it was a great experience and would recommend for others until I hear otherwise!

Best price and fastest service. I remodeled my own kitchen and they added circuits for new appliances and outlets over counters and moved a light switch to make it compliant with the city building codes. They came when scheduled and finished everything in a day. The guys that came out were clean and polite, they let us inspect and asked questions before cutting and drilling into anything. This is my first choice for any electrical work going forward.

I had an exceptional experience with Reese at Livewire Electric. In dealing with a water heater that didn’t work at our rental, we had multiple companies show up to try and fix it. For one reason or another no one could get it to work. After 6 days of chaos and no hot water, it was diagnosed as an electrical issue. Enter Livewire Electric. Reese shows up on time (on a Saturday, no less) and quickly diagnoses and fixes the issue. He was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient. Livewire has always been responsive and professional. On one occasion they even provided no-cost troubleshooting over the phone. It turned out to be a kind of unplug and re-boot situation, for which a less scrupulous business could have easily turned into a pricey "emergency" repair visit. Highly recommend.
