Wd highly recommend Doug Palmer Electric! We needed a 120v outlet installed for a new stove. Justin was courteous and professional and did a great job!

Had a partial power outage at my home. We tried flipping the breaker multiple times to no avail. Called Doug Palmer after hours and they called back within a half hour. He asked if he could walk me through some steps to troubleshoot over the phone before sending a tech that would cost a lot due to being the weekend. I flipped the breaker again and viola!! Power restored with no cost and a friendly supportive assist!

I had Doug Palmer complete a small electical task of running new wiring for a 220 voltage hot tub. Gaining bid, scheduling job and work completed were easy and completed professionally.

Excellent work and communication and very reasonable pricing. He converted 10 fluorescent light fixtures to LEDs and replaced a hallway fixture. We’ve used them previously and always have been very happy with their work and their pricing.

I had the outlet behind my TV stand suddenly stop working on a Sunday afternoon. Promptly called these folks on Monday morning and they got me on the calendar for late that afternoon. Came out several hours ahead of schedule after calling me to confirm it was ok. Kai talked me through some of the basics of diagnosing a problem like this as he opened it up. Turned out to be loose wiring, and he got it all fixed up in a jiffy. Only cost me the price of a service call. Will definitely call back the next time I need some electrical work done.

We had two very good experiences with Doug Palmer. We had an evening electrical emergency related to flooding and they came right out to us. We had them back out the next day after the flooding had a chance to come down to help get everything back to normal. Both techs were extremely competent, knowledgeable, and nice. We will continue to call them when we need anything electrical!

Got an estimate the day after I called. By the next we had scheduled the work for the next week. Everything went smooth and a pleasant experience having courteous pros get the job done.

We’re selling a home and timing was very important. We called for some repair and change work and were so lucky to get an electrician that same day! The work was done quickly and the price was significantly less than a bid by another company which had identified the problem areas. We did not ask DP for a bid, just asked them to do the work. We’ve had other work done by Doug Palmer and it was also done well, on time and very reasonably priced. We’d highly recommendation this company.

I needed a breaker replaced and some wiring rerouted. Justin from Doug Palmer Electric arrived promptly. He was pleasant, polite, and professional. He accomplished troubleshooting and repair and clean up.
