Was very helpful, made us aware of a few things that need to be taken care of before it could be a problem. Was friendly! Company is really nice on the way phone and kept us informed of arrival, which was right on time. Will definitely use them in the future. Very reasonable price on work !

Being a carpenter for 50 years, I have worked behind many electricians, but the crew from Reynolds Electric were, by far, the very best I’ve ever seen. A whole house rewire on a 1944 knob and tube hybrid took but 5 days and everyday they cleaned up their mess superbly! Ran into many issues as the house had 2 additions over the years, but worked right through them. Kudos for Reynolds Electric!

Rich was able to take out my garbage disposal and fix it right up with a quickness. He explained to keep an eye on it for leaks as it settle.

Brandon was quick and so knowledgeable. He showed me where we were having issues and showed us many options. He brought attention to some safety issues he came into and it made complete since. I was happy with how quick, personable and efficient he was.

Reynolds is a great company, I’m glad I was able to call one place and they were able to come out the next day and get us fixed up

Cole did a great job fixing our underground water pipe leak. His work was fast and highly professional and we are confident in the quality of his work. The project was in two phases and he returned for the second phase late in the day (working until dark) to make sure it was completed before the weekend. Our contacts with the receptionist and scheduler were also very professional. I couldn't have been more impressed with the entire service.

Kevin was very professional and thorough..he went above and beyond to look at our system through a camera and explain in detail what was going on. We just had a clogged kitchen sink drain (which he was able to unclog quickly)

I am very impressed by this company. I like the way they do things and give you a fixed price on the work they’re going to do, without adding charges after the fact. Also, they can take care of not only electrical work, but also plumbing and HVAC work. They’re very professional and we were very pleased with Nick the technician they sent out. He’s very knowledgeable and explained everything to us and showed us where the problems are in our 50 yr. old house. We had a great experience with this company. ***** (5 stars)

Had two wall heating/AC units that were working but barely blowing anything out. Alex Carnevale arrived early which was great and checked the two units. We recently rented the house and unaware that the filters in the units had not been cleaned prior to our move in. He removed the filters and cleaned them and also provided me with instructions and valuable information on how to maintain the units for maximum efficiency. I'm happy to report that it's finally warm inside. Great job!!

I had a fantastic experience with Reynolds. I was working on a tight timeline and had a electrical safety issue with an antiquated ceiling heat system. They had a tech to me within 24 hours who was able to disconnect power at the breaker box and make the home safe to stay in.

Everyone at Reynolds was awesome to work with! The customer service rep was very polite and responsive. I received multiple text messages regarding when my service tech would arrive. Once he did arrive, he also was very polite and very thorough in his explanation of what he had done and what needs to be done in the future. I thought their pricing was fair.

Colton did a great job and the work exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend using Reynolds.

Eric was absolutely phenomenal! Courteous, profession and thorough. He handled my toddlers inundating him with a million and one questions like a champion, while working on our HVAC system the entire time. Would highly recommend Reynolds and Eric to anyone!

We really appreciated Parker coming out this afternoon to troubleshoot our electrical issues. He figured out the problem very quickly and was able to explain it to both my husband and I so we could better understand should it happen again. He was very friendly , polite, kind, professional, and helpful. What a nice young man who truly knows his profession. Nick took his time assessing our electrical issues and was very thorough. He was prompt and very respectful. He was relaxed and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions. Reynolds has a great text messaging system so that you know when they are in the way as well as confirming and communicating prior to appointment. The office staff are also friendly and dependable. We plan to proceed with recommended repairs and will
