I called PNW electric about 10 days ago ... they said Mason (their estimator would be out Friday at 0 a.m. to look at some electrical work on a rental. Mason showed up on Thursday 9 am & woke up my tenant that works graveyard. I showed up Friday at scheduled time & he was nowhere to be found. Called the office & they said he had in fact come out Thursday. They challenged me when I said they had wrong day. I have now called 4 times asking for Mason to call & have heard nothing back. Professional ? I don't think so.

I have used John the owner at my business for years. Even before he bought this company. His work is top notch. He is the only electrician I will use. I would highly suggest using this company.

The work was started and completed the day after I called to setup an appointment. Danny did a nice clean job.

The service was great and fixed my issue. But the staff went above and beyond to make sure my home warranty got all the required paperwork so I could be reimbursed for the their service. They truly care about their customers getting a resolution not only to the electric issue but any other barriers in getting this service. Highly recommend.

PNW Electric was very professional and answered all the questions I had. Provided me with a reasonable quote for the work that I needed, and I never felt pressure from them about any of the work. They were also at my house within 48 hours of when I contacted them.

The repair was expected to fix it, but they actually improved the situation. Communication was excellent and Elisa-office staff, rarely given props, was above and beyond helpful and friendly. She understood the sense of urgency. Thanks to everyone involved!

Danny came out to give an estimate on replacing our 80 year old panel plus a few other minor repairs/add-ons. He was fast, thorough, informative and very kind.
After approving the estimate, Danny was back out and took care of the panel and all other requested issues.
He did find a few additionial issues in our home and was able to quickly resolve/repair them and finished the job.
After the job was finished Danny cleaned up his work site very well and didnt leave any messes behind.

I really appreciate all of the work, effort and care he had for our home.
