Lee, inspected my place and he did an incredible job! Inspection was extremely thorough. He uncovered quite a few things that I’ll be able to address proactively with the sellers, saving me quite a few headaches and a great deal of pocket change down the line. The inspector was professional and clean, even donning shoe covers before entering my home. He listened when I pointed out potential areas of concern and answered my questions, I would/will use these folks again.

This is the 2nd house that NHI has inspected for us, and once again we were very pleased with their work. This was a "peace of mind" inspection to see if anything major was wrong with the house. Lee did a thorough job looking everything over, and went over the significant findings with us (thankfully nothing major) before leaving, and provided a detailed report later.

We have been trying to complete the lending process quickly since we have a baby coming in the next couple months. When I called NHI, Charlie slot me in for the very next day in the middle of a busy week. That is helping us move forward to the next steps! Also, he was proffessional and helpful: willing to give me any info I needed and he was able to answer all my questions as well as teach me about the systems in the house we plan to purchase!

This was a very good experience with no issues / concerns at all. There were items in the inspection that were found and will be recommended to the builder to be remediated. Dylan was awesome. Super detail oriented. I bought a new construction home and thought it would be good just to have for peace of mind and he found TONS that still needed to be tightened up (even though it passed city inspection). Really glad I spent the money on it and will definitely be going back to them for my 11month warranty inspection

I'm very happy with the inspection Cody performed. He was on time, very thorough, and easy to work with. Cody answered all my questions before the day of the inspection by email, and all my question that came up during the inspection. The report itself includes many pictures, along with clear descriptions of the issues that need addressing and helpful links to more information about those issues.

We opted to have our inspection done by Nonprofit Home Inspections even though the price was higher than some other service providers because we thought it would be more thorough and would better meet our needs. That proved to be true. We are completely satisfied with the level of service we received.

Our inspector went out of his way to explain everything to us that needed to be corrected and then on reinspection made time to come back right away so my 96 yr old mom could close on time selling her home. He was very kind & respectful. We would use this company again.
