The inspector was professional and clean, even donning shoe covers before entering my home. He listened when I pointed out potential areas of concern and answered my questions, I would/will use these folks again.

This is the 2nd house that NHI has inspected for us, and once again we were very pleased with their work. This was a "peace of mind" inspection to see if anything major was wrong with the house. Lee did a thorough job looking everything over, and went over the significant findings with us (thankfully nothing major) before leaving, and provided a detailed report later.
