Had a stroke of luck when I contacted Charles after another tree company dropped the ball. He was professional and eager to earn my business, so we gave him a try. After meeting with him he provided an immediate quote and fit us into his busy schedule. He is knowledgeable about the safety and health of trees which is what we were seeking to deadwood and selectively prune back our massive oak tree. He called when he said he would call, and he showed up when he said he would show up (a rare quality these days that other businesses should be more mindful of). After the work was performed, later that evening I received a call from Charles making sure that his work was done to our satisfaction.
How many businesses take the time to do this? Kudos for putting in the extra effort to build a relationship ensuring a return customer. Thank you to you and your crew!

Urban Arbor Care did amazing work! We had a massive Douglas Fir that had branched off into 3 trunks that were all over 100 feet tall. The tree was becoming a hazard to our home and Urban Arbor Care was able to safely and efficiently remove the tree in about 6 hours. They also pruned branches overhanging the house from one of our other large trees. The price was very reasonable for how big and complicated the tree was to remove and we also appreciate the thorough clean up at the end of the job. We highly recommend using Urban Arbor Care for any tree cutting services and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

Urban did a great job removing several large trees from our yard, the crew was very professional. The great thing was the clean up they did afterwards, almost like they were never there.

We had two 130ft trees right next to the house. All of the branches hung directly over the roof. Over the years, during the winters, we have seen much more heavy wet snow and freezing rain. It was time to remove them. I was very nervous about the risk to the roof/house upon removal. Charles and his team reassured me that they could do it safely. After watching them work, I was definitely reassured. They were knowledgeable, experienced, and conscientious. They did an excellent job. They were respectful of my garden and surrounding plants. They did a wonderful job of clean up, even out in the street. They were polite and very friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My two neighbors have hired them after seeing the work that they did.

Amazing company! They were on time, prepared and very kind. They were complete professionals and very thorough. I had 3 danger trees removed in very awkward places and they didn’t even blink. The crew was very cleanly and respectful of all their surroundings and they were very safety oriented. They removed the trees, left us perfect sized rounds for firewood, chipped all the branches and completely cleaned up all of the debris (literally cleaner than when they got here). Super impressed!!! Will recommend this company to everyone!

This is a highly skilled group of people that really understand trees. They did an excellent job doing maintenance on my giant trees, as well as cleaning up the debris from the windstorm we had recently. The staff are professional, friendly, and most of all have safety in mind at all times.

We bought a beautiful home last summer that had a very large, old maple tree right next to the house. This posed extreme danger to the home. Steve came out and gave us options, but recommended removal of the tree. The Urban Arbor Care team arrived right on time, and with great care and precision began dismantling the tree. The job was done in just over half a day and the cleanup was impeccable. I would not hesitate to give Urban Arbor Care my very highest recommendation. It is a pleasure to see a job so well done.

Wonderful and amazing 👏. I hired them to remove 10 trees because they had gotten too big for the lot. Their quote was lower than the two other quotes, and had the equipment and man power to remove the trees and clean everything up in under 8 hours. Great job 👏

We had an absolutely enormous White Maple that was hanging over our house and beginning to drop branches on our roof. Charles came in with a crew of 5 men at 8:30 and had the entire tree down and disposed of by 5:30pm. They had a spider lift and special tractor and plates on the lawn to transport the waste to the grinder. Well equipped, professional, friendly, kind, thorough and efficient. I have absolutely no complaints and was so impressed we tipped each one of the men gratefully.

Charles and Urban Arbor Care did a great job pruning some very large, very technical Elms for me. They have all the equipment and expertise necessary to take on projects from large Fir removals to technical pruning. Between having the most talented climber around and a spider lift they can pretty much get anywhere.
