Efficient, on time, friendly yes, answered questions , showed results. Charge was for a service call for a dead battery we had service the end of July... should not have the battery been tested & replaced then rather than a $160 service call. The personnel on the call performed well as there was little to do.

Justine was very informative on all questions about how keep my system clean and how to protect my outdoor unit from the changing seasons. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Alpine no words could say how much I appreciate you for making me feel like I'm just not a customer. But part of your family. I will definitely continue recommending you.

Technicians came by on time, stayed within their time frame, and were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using alpine in the future!

The Customer Service at Alpine is exceptional! We were having trouble with our A/C and they had a technician out the same day I called! Justin was friendly and able to explain everything that was going on! He was able to diagnose and fix the problem!

Justin was polite and efficient. He offered useful advice to keep my system in good working order.

Our house was 87 degrees and blowing hot air when I got home on a Saturday; I left a message for the on call tech. He returned my call quickly and was here within an hour. He resolved the problem and even with the after hours call fee the total cost was less than I expected.

Jim was great. He explained everything he was doing. He taught me a little bit about how to do some of the maintenance on the heads that I didn't know. He explained exactly how all the different functions work on the heads and what to do or not do.

I’ve used Alpine for 2 years since I bought this home and purchased their maintenance program. I just had them out for annual maintenance, then I had them do a deep clean on one component on my split system. Both times the technicians were professional, friendly, on-time, good communicators, helpful with questions, and did a great job. I also appreciate the service appointment text reminders they send.

Neil was very efficient installing the new thermostat. He was also very patient and kind helping me connect it to the WiFi and showing me how to use it remotely

UPDATE: We just had Frank come by and install our custom door to furnace 🤠. He was super quick and respectful. I appreciate you're employees and their handy work. Glad I went with Alpine!
Neil and (trainee) Tim did an amazing job for us!! They communicated what they needed to do when they got on site effectively and developed a game plan after I gave them the tour 🙂. Neil / Tim became part of the family for a day as life for us continued to move and they were super respectful to our space, kids chaos, and Dogs! Very focused on task and kept us updated throughout the process. At the end Neil did a final walkthrough (while also training!) and showed us the work and how the system works, the do's and don't. Very informative! Would recommend! Was very happy with service 😎!! Thanks Neil and Tim!!

I requested a visit for the annual maintenance of my ducted heat pump system. The office staff got it scheduled promptly, the service tech called ahead and arrived when expected. He did a good job and left everything in tidy shape. It’s a nice group of people to work with.

Alpine has come to our rescue for our tenants. They did an emergency service on a Sunday and showed up 15 minutes later. They fixed the heating for the very grateful family.

Brandon Franks from Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning is the absolute best technician I have ever the pleasure of being around my home. My appointment wasn't until noon, but he finished his prior job early and made the offer to head out early for service on my 1 year old Furnace and Air Conditioning unit.

Brandon was super personable, knew the ins-and-outs of my system, and was able to make a number of very helpful suggestions for possible upgrades down the road! It was definitely worth signing up for annual service with Alpine based on this experience. As long as Alpine keeps Brandon around and happy, I'll be a loyal Customer!

Nick and Rylie were a great team and very professional. Rylie paid great attention to detail and got a ring out of a duct prior to ‘the vacuum’. Very nice guys to work with.

Andy Kyle was very good and I appreciates him very mych. Andy came to our house to do the estimate to go ductless or maybe gas. I admired his great work and effort as he look around and map out the possible instalations for heating and cooling as we plan to upgrade our house. Andy is also very patient and kind to answer on any questions I have-as I try to learn and understand things that relates to heating and cooling. Totally a 5 star.

Cade Williams came to do routine annual servicing on our home HVAC system for Alpine for the second year in a row. In both instances he was very knowledgeable, careful and thorough and a pleasure and interesting to interact with. He was here for about 3 hours. We had extensive cleaning of both the indoor and outdoor units of the HVAC system including the blower wheels. We have been so pleased with Alpine over the 7 years or so since the HVAC installation that we have an annual Silver contract with them.
