Tim did a great job. Not only did he knowledgeably do the work, but referred us to potential problems and even sorted out confusing billing issues. We hope we get to see him again next year.

It's wonderful to have workmen who are knowledgeable and able to repair the equipment vs suggesting replacement of big ticket items! Love the people at Alpine as much as Beymer who sent us there when the company closed.

Drew first came out to my 1910 farmhouse house in 2017. I doubt he even remembers the job since it was so long ago! Three other HVAC companies had been out and they wanted to install ductless systems when I wanted a ducted system (to fit with the character of the house). The studs were exposed so it wasn’t a matter of destroying walls. Drew listened to my vision and then got creative. The beams go different directions on the top and bottom floors so he had to really think about the placement of the ducting. He did though, and I appreciated his willingness to problem-solve. I still have his card on my kitchen wall, and I recommend Alpine to everyone that even hints at needing heating or cooling changes done to their home. They installed a gas furnace in my attic and an AC unit outside, plus all the ductwork. I am super happy with the value of the work, the knowledge of the crews, and I won’t forget how Drew helped me get heat into my house when others said it couldn’t be done. Thank you Alpine!

Neil came out and worked on our unit after hours, quickly diagnosed the problem, solved it, and then added some preventative measures so it wouldn't happen again. He was friendly and explained everything he was doing while he worked. What a great tech, give that guy a raise! We appreciate you coming out on a holiday.

In the last 3 years, we've had not one, but THREE fantastic experiences with Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning (& now standalone electric!).

Most recently, Frank was the lead and Colton was the electrician on an install for our ductless mini split system. Frank and his crew did a fantastic job and communicated at every step and were friendly and professional, doing the work on time, cleaning up messes as they went, and making everything look good and clean.

While Colton, the electrician was here he mentioned they're doing electric work now, and it came out that I have some concerns about my electric system. He offered to do a free safety consult and put me on the calendar right there. He came today and spent an hour on my 2700ft.² home and offered an in depth assessment of the electrical work and what could use attention. He was super professional and also personable, showed up with shoe covers, and it felt at all times like he was being honest about what should be addressed and what could be put off until later.

Back to the ductless install. We have a big, old, complicated house, and their estimator / project manager Andy came out to the home multiple times and gave me a detailed rundown of what my options were (ducted vs ductless). He helped us navigate through the rebate programs, and was helpful all the way up through the install, which was seamless. We got a *brand new* unit that was just released with some new technology, and it took them a bit longer than they expected to get it up and running, but they were back first thing the next morning with a specialist technician to get it operational.

Going back to our first ductless system at our first home 3 years ago, we had called several companies (the big guys in town) as well as some others, and Alpine came through with the best bid and the best customer service.

After two big ductless mini split systems and now working with their electricians separately, I can honestly say that Colton, Andy, Frank, and the rest of the crew at Alpine are some of the best contractors in Eugene, and I'd recommend them without reservation to anybody looking for heating and cooling service or electrical work.

As always we were very pleased with the service you provided. Cade was very thorough and professional. He explained everything clearly and definitely met your company standard of excellent customer service. We highly recommend Alpine Heating!!

The men that came to work on the install of our completely new heat pump/furnace system were professional, courteous, and hard working. When the work was completed, we were thoroughly introduced to the new equipment—even though the install ran into the early evening. The final system is a substantial upgrade that we look forward to enjoying. The only rub was the delayed electrical service, which kept from having an earlier finish.

I will recommend Alpine to others, reinforced by this experience.

I can't recommend Alpine enough!!! Alpine is always great!! Really friendly technicians.who know exactly what they're doing. The receptionists are friendly and helpful as well.. Jim Maas was the technician today and he was excellent!! He showed me how to clean off the outside unit and he even got a washer from his truck for my hose!! Oh and he told a great dad joke, lol. I checked prices around town too before I settled on Alpine, they have very great prices!!! Under $130 for an HVAC maintenance plus a free filter. Thank you Jim and Alpine!!! I will definitely be seeing you again next year!!!

Alpine is a very professional company. I have had Hunter over here twice. He went above & beyond. Keith is also a thorough and knowledgeable guy, both are gentlemen & are very respectful. Alpine is legit, they text when on the way (awesome cuz I gotta crate my large dog) and my dog liked both of those dudes which is a yes in my book🙌
Also, please be kind to the receptionists. If you’re having issues in your home please keep in mind that it is not their fault and they are lovely people who are trying to help you.

Mr. Maas from Alpine performed routine service for our home AC units today. I had several questions about how to best care for our units, and he explained things in such a way that was easy for me to understand. I very much appreciated that. He is very knowledgeable, and he gave lots of valuable advice on how to prevent costly repairs. He did a good job cleaning our units and ensured the area around them were left nice and clean too. His professionalism, kindness, honesty, and good humor stood out above all. Thank you for the excellent service.

Clear and timely communication. Friendly scheduling and customer service. I know who will be arriving, with texted photo, and that's one of my favorite features. Super friendly and polite. I trust the service process and it doesn't feel intrusive.

Hunter was excellent! Super honest and explained everything very well based on my issue. Did not try to upsell anything and honestly told me that my heat pump was totally fine and working within specifications. Its hard to find honest business folks these days. Will certainly request for Hunter anytime I need assistance or regular maintenance on my HVAC system!

Alpine Heating installed our heat pump and furnace in 2012 and at the time we were very pleased with the work performed, installers, equipment, and the price. Our original heating system was a pellet stove, baseboard and wall heaters and we had never had air conditioning in our older home before. It was a total game-changer for us and the system they installed has been trouble-free. Over the years we have recommended Alpine Heating to all our neighbors and friends needing these services and everyone we’ve referred has been equally satisfied. Each year since then, we’ve had them return to service our equipment and, despite their business growth over the years, they continue to provide us with excellent service and fair pricing. Alpine scheduled my appointment within 1 hour of my phone call. It was 38 degrees and my thermostat was inoperable (black screen)...no heat. Was it coincidence or just good customer service...maybe both. Kevin B. was efficient and thorough, fixing the problem quickly. Thank you, Alpine, you always do a great job.

I could not be more pleased with Alpine. They recently installed an entirely new HVAC system in my house.

There was an issue with having to replace an older unit with a different footprint, with the newer one. Randy was very helpful spending a lot of time and extra visits, in order to resolve this where the two other companies who did estimates did not bother. This contributed mightily to my decision to go with Alpine. In the end, they found a spot that was much better than where the original unit was located and something I had not even considered, and this was a great improvement.

They also use higher-end equipment as best as I can tell. In my case Lennox.

Regarding the installation itself, there was an issue where it was the wrong equipment but they were extremely responsive in replacing it with an upgraded version, at no extra cost to me, and able to do this, and turn it around within a day or two from the original scheduled installation date.

Lastly, as much as a lay person can determine such things, the installation itself seems to be first rate. At the end, they did a wonderful job of cleaning up, leaving the garage even better than it was when they found it. They were very respectful of my stuff to the degree that they had to move things around.

So far, I'm extremely pleased! I rarely make recommendations so this is a really big deal for me.

Alpine installed a Ductless heat pump for us, and it has been great! They also service both of the heat pumps we have, and did a fantastic job. Our technician Justin was friendly, and he communicated clearly about the servicing and completed it in good time.

We are a housing cooperative in Eugene and had a time-sensitive inspection from our insurance company after renewing our policy with new underwriters. After scheduling on a Friday, Gabe and his team arrived on the following Monday morning to do pre-inspection of multiple units.

Almost all of the units needed GFCI updated in the kitchens and other minor electrical repairs; these were completed the same week. Two of the units needed new panels which involved getting permits from EWEB . Thankfully they were approved and the panels replaced within the two-week time period we needed.

Gabe was available for any questions or concerns we had while keeping us updated on the progress, knowing how timely these projects needed to be done. The co-op passed the electrical inspection and are very pleased with the work that was done. We will definitely be calling Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning for their services in the future.
