Empire Property Management has hired dozens of HVAC companies over the years. With good prices and amazing service Integrity Home Heating is the best of them all.

Was $1,200 less than their 500-pound-gorilla competition, for the same thing. Salesperson was thorough, explained product and install process, and upgraded our thermostat to one that is WAY better than what we had. Install crew cleaned up well! Definitely recommend them. (It's not quick to get equipment now, so don't get mad at them if they can't get what you need today!)

I received top-notch service. Every person showed up right on time from the first appointment to the final installation dates. Kevin was so easy to work with and asked about all the details from where to place the units down to where the lines run outside. The price was competitive, helped me get a rebate and were a pleasure to work with.

Kevin and his crew did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them! I had them remove and replace my existing gas furnace and AC unit for me and I'm very impressed. They were super quick and efficient and they made a number of corrections and improvements to work that had been done by others in the past. The finished product is working wonderfully and I can't believe how tidy and air-tight everything is now. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to everyone I know!

I had a ductless Heat pump system installed by this company.
Starting with Kevin, the guy that came out and gave me a bid, and all the way through the installation, (which by the way is done with the owner of the company on site and he is involved in the process with his crew) every one of these guys were polite, each one introduced their self, they were considerate, they covered their shoes and put down drop cloths, they were efficient, on time, respectful, and all of this matters when you let 5 guys into your home to do an installation on a rainy day. And to add to that, they know what the heck they're doing and they do it well. They had to put holes in my walls and I didn't even find any sign of sawdust. I highly recommend with 5 stars for Integrity Home heating and to Kevin, Steve, Josh, Gregory, and Phil, you guys Rock!

I really appreciate the value of the Daikin Ductless heater and the crew that installed it. Everyone from Integrity arrived on time, friendly, answered questions clearly when I asked, and dedicated to having the install complete by the end of the work day correctly with the correct equipment.

Integrity Home Heating LLC installed our new HVAC heating and cooling system. They are a very professional company that arrives on time for the job, cleans up, and installed a very nice heating and cooling system. The guys at Integrity were great to work with. We now have an awesome new Ruud heater and AC. They ran the lines for our conversion to natural gas to the new heater as well as 5 other locations. They also coordinated with NW Natural's install which brought the gas to the house. I was impressed with their service and attention to detail from start to finish.

I chose these guys off of a long list of providers because of their name, "Integrity Home Heating." They were right on the ball and let us know what was happening every step of the way. They let us know all of our options, even if the one we chose would mean less profit for them. We love our new heat pump, and these guys definitely lived up to their name.

UPDATE - it is a year later and their customer service remains unsurpassed. I called Kevin out of the blue a few months ago when my heat pump was acting weird and he guided me through how to get it working right again. He even went out of his way to check on his technicians to see if someone was available to come out if needed. Integrity Home Heating remains one of the best!

We had an outstanding experience with this company from Kevin's first visit all the way to the installation day. Kevin quickly assessed the flaws of our old central heating. He spent the time explaining ductless technology, what to expect as a user, and guided us on the best position of the three heads in the house. The installation team was great and adapted quickly to our tight spaces. They left the place so clean! Everything Kevin said on his first visit was delivered, all that at a very reasonable price.

Kevin and his crew were exceptionally professional when they installed a heating/cooling system at our home. They were on time, installed the ductless heat pump and two heads in a remarkably short amount of time (approximately 5 hours). The installation was clean and flawless. The electricians faced challenges with our house, but despite that they also did an excellent job. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Awesome experience. Ran into Kevin at the fall Lane County Home Show last year.

Set appts with several contractors. Kevin with Integrity showed up on time and was the only one who actually offered a real solution to our HVAC issues. He made several trips out before the scheduled work day to make sure all of our questions were answered and we were ready to go.

Day of, crew showed up on time, they were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and did exactly what we had discussed. They even put up with me in their way most of the first day while I was repairing my insulation.

I got the bill today and it was even Under the “not to exceed bid”.

I can’t say enough about these guys. We are super thrilled with their work and their company. I am constantly disappointed by contractors these days. These guys however were great. I’ll be calling them when I need a new furnace. No question. I’ll also be recommending them to anyone I know that needs their trade.

My residence had no heating/air cooling system. Integrity Home Heating installed a complete, new Daikin bladeless, heat pump system at my residence. My highest respect to Kevin Usher and his crew for a job well done. I found Kevin to be very professional and knowledgeable in his management of my project and knowledge of the products he handles and recommends. in every sense of the word, he mimics his business name - "Integrity." His installation crew showed up on time, was courteous and respectful, and was diligent with the installation the entire time on site. They finished the job in one day; including, complete set-up and installation, testing, and cleanup. Finally, I was walked through the system to insure I was familiarized and my questions answered. I would recommend Integrity Home Heating , LLC for anyone needing heating and/or air conditioning services. They are a First Class business, with a First Class crew; handling top quality products.

Best of the best. I deal with a lot of contractors, so I know it has become normal to develop low expectations. However, the team at Integrity is top notch. I actually ended up with visits from 4 different local firms, and two did not even get back to me with a quote. I worked with Kevin throughout the whole process, and he was always exceptionally responsive (I contacted him at least 6 times), professional (never talked down to me or suggested I didn't know what I was talking about) and thorough with: scheduling, what to expect, rebate paperwork, and information about warranty and operation. Will be using them again soon on another ductless heat pump on another rental.

We are very happy with the entire process. Kevin is knowledgeable and professional as was his crew. We've never had a project go so smoothly. We absolutely recommend Integrity!
