United Garibay has been my go to contractor for my HVAC at work for 20+ years. They just installed a Ductless heat system in our offices and will route our geo thermal unit to our warehouse.

Still dealing with these guys over 4 years later. Disputing these charges still. I refuse to pay for services not done properly. Owner insisted the work was done correctly. But the system would shut down all the time. Barely worked at all after the so called repairs. At first he told me it was an easy fix. Then that turned into 1900 bill. Paid over 1100 dollars for nothing. I’ve never not paid for anything. But the way I was treated was very poor. He continued to insist in was done correctly but couldn’t tell me why the system was shutting down. My neighbor had a similar experience. He tried to charge her twice for the same repair because it wasn’t done correctly also.

Spent 1900 dollars with United Garibay and my heat pump never worked right. Less then year and half and I’m already calling another company to come out for more repairs. I gave the owner 1100 dollars for a 1900 job and the system never worked correctly. Then sent me to collections for the balance because I wouldn’t pay, and he was too unprofessional to make it right. So I ended up paying the balance of the 1900 dollars to collections and I’m still in the same boat I was in before I spent all that money. Expect my credit is shot now too. Save your money and call somebody else.
