Had an issue with the sewer pipe from the house to the road and Luke showed up and took care of it before I realized he was even done. Great workmanship and extremely professional. I would recommend that anyone looking to get the job done to call captain rooter !

My plumber recommended Captain Rooter Plumbing and Drain because I needed a quick drain cleaning at my home in Eugene on Thanksgiving day! Luke arrived promptly, greeted me with a smile, and got right to work to determine the location and cause of the problem. He wrote down and clearly explained to me three options on how he could address the issue along with their costs. I appreciated his expertise and determination to locate and remedy the problem - in this case roots. The equipment he used was very effective and got everything draining with ease again. His truck and equipment appear to be well organized and in good working order and his appearance clean and identifiable. He was friendly and professional throughout the whole experience. I will definitely use Captain Rooter for their services again.

Luke did an amazing job, was honest and up front about everything. A year ago we had a different plumber come out and the same problem reoccurred. Luke not only found the problem from the last plumber, but worked diligently until he solved the problem. He then gave us advice on how to keep from the problem happening again.

I recently hired Luke at Captain Rooter for a trenchless sewer lining, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Luke was fantastic—extremely professional and efficient from start to finish. What I appreciated most was the transparency; once the lining was complete, he actually brought me out to view the video of the finished product so I could see the results for myself.
