I called for a stubborn clean-out issue, and Richard really knew how to work a clog. He came prepared, explained everything clearly, and didn’t make me feel awkward about the situation (even though things had definitely gotten… backed up. He showed up on time, handled business like a pro, and left everything… flowing better than ever.
Richard was professional, efficient, and surprisingly easy to talk to while handling something that could’ve been messy in more ways than one. If you want someone who knows how to get things moving again, Richard is your guy. Highly recommend.
