My garbage disposal broke and clogged up my kitchen sink. Mr Rooter provided timely, professional, friendly service and cleaned up nicely: underneath my sink was cleaner when he left than when he got here!! Highly recommend.

Colby R. was excellent. He explained our plumbing issue thoroughly and went through several possible repair options and the associated costs. He throughly fixed our problem both quickly and correctly, which had the potential to become serious. I highly recommend Colby at Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

I had really excellent service getting a wall mounted fountain installed in a less than desirable location, yesterday. When I needed the technician, John Cozard, to come back to help with another issue, he took extra time at the end of the day to assist! Highly recommend! Thanks, again!

After calling at 4:30 on a Friday, they were able to get me in the next day to cap off my gas pipe under the house. Customer service was exemplary and friendly. The plumber Gabriel was efficient, made me feel at ease and had a great way with people. Overall, it’s good to know how rare it is to receive such quick and friendly service. I will be back.

Miguel came out today to replace a toilet for me. Not only did he do a great job with the install, he was the most pleasant and respectful person and easy to talk to. We discussed all the options available and he took the time to inform me of everything. I will most definitely have them out again but I will specifically ask if Miguel can do the job. In fact I’m going to have him come out next week to do another toilet install. I was very pleased with the price as well!

I had a water problem. Turned out to be a water leak under my house. They sent Gabriel and he was absolutely fantastic. He was professional personable and great to work with. I will use Mr rooter plumbing from here on. I can't say enough good things about them if you're looking for a plumber these are the people to call!!

While most plumbing companies but you on hold for a week, Mr. Rooter came out the very next morning and fixed my disaster quickly. My plumber was very pleasant and the experience went well and now I have my water back! I would highly recommend them!

Called the morning the service was needed. Lady on the phone quickly let me know they could be at the house same day. Got a call 45 mins before the driver showed up. The plumber was very knowledgeable and efficient. Knew exactly how to fix the problem. I received an estimate before he started and price was great. Will definitely use them in the future if a problem arises.
