Could not fix the problem I called them for. I had to call another plumber, and they still billed me

Absolutely unprofessional. Spoke to Aaron Mustin for three weeks about a home extension job and was dropped two days after receiving notice that he had a bigger opportunity elsewhere. Don't bother with these guys, their secretary couldn't get my name right on the contract, Aaron was over an hour late to a meeting, the finalized quote was riddled with simple spelling errors and felt like a high school paper. Call an actual plumber that has the basics down.

What a joke. They're always days out from being able to address your emergency plumbing issues. Sometimes a whole week and a half. If you have a plumbing emergency. This is not the place to call.
They're nice people and they have great plumbers. But I just can't count on them to be available for emergencies.

Do not use this company, they will lowball the estimate and nearly triple the final price. Their manager doesn't care about his employee's performance. Nor does he respond to voicemails.

It took FOUR separate appointments and a total of five plumbers at my grandparents house to stop their shower from leaking. The bathroom was left a mess after they finished. There was no attempt to act professional.

It feels like they prayed on an elderly disabled couple and charged over $600 to replace shower faucets. Which should have been addressed in the first appointment.

after being told I would be charged an hourly rate of 175$ by the office. the plumber said i owed 360$ for the hight pressure jet the cleanout only took 20 mins , then says u have another clog and it's another 360 to go on roof ... after I argued, they agreed to only charge me another 160. Long story short never gonna call them again. Don't let them take advantage of you.

Extremely rude and unprofessional employees. Blocking a business's driveway so employees couldn't get into their parking lot and then giving attitude when kindly asked to back up. They had plenty of room and there should have been no reason to block it in the first place.

Made what felt like a racial comment. Being a Hispanic male I feel being told "no Agua" when I clearly speak fluent English is very unacceptable.

I was too mad to write a review for a while, but I can't imagine any one being worse at something they went to school for. They came in my house without reading their own notes on what they were doing and were confused about why the water they ran for 10 minutes wasn't draining through my ceiling when they were they to fix an OVERFLOW valve in the tub. Can't remember if this was before or after they started smashing holes in my ceiling approximately 8 feet away from where the tub actually was. My anger was for my home, but my sadness was for their wives as I'm sure this dramatic failure in matters of care and precision is not isolated. While I would not recommend them to any one, I would say especially not queer and femme households, this lowkey felt like a hate crime.
Oh and after all that and making it clear they had no responsibility to the holes they randomly put in my cieling they quadrupled the original quote from 1500 to 6000. Definitely not the kind of clowns I hoped to celebrate National Clown Week(August 1st-7th) with. 0/10
