CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL PLUMBERS AND CONTRACTORS BEFORE MAKING YOUR DECISION, I COULD HAVE SAVES 5 GRAND HAD I DID A PRICE COMPARSION FIRST. I HAVE HAD SOME PROBLEMS SUCH AS WALL CRACKING ON OPPOSITE WALL [ BEDROOM] THEY STATED IT WAS NOT THEIR PROBLEM, AFTER HAVING A PLUMBER OPEN UP WALL THE PROBLEM WAS THE WAY THE CONTROL VALVE BRACE WAS MOUNTED PUTTING FORCE AGANIST WALL CAUSING CRACK. KNOW I HAVE TO GET A SHEET ROCK PERSON TO REPAIR WALL. I HAVE SENT EMAILS TO CO. WITH NO RESPONSE. P/S SHOWER DOES LOOK GOOD

Yes I had my shower redone. Came upon an terrible situation after the tear out to find rotten flooring underneath and Powers helped with that repair and redid our shower beautifully! We love the redo and are so glad we did it! Floor to ceiling with beautiful new doors and fixtures! Couldn't be happier! Many thanks!!

The guys and their work were great. There were a few unexpected things pop up. My shelves and seat were not in when they came to do the shower so they had to come back, the flooring is very slick which I thought was to be non-slip. It is being remedied. Also the drain cover is smaller than the recess area for this purpose and it is not flush with the rest of the floor. All in all, Ian happy with my new shower.

These guys did a really good job. Could I have done it myself for a whole lot less? Yes ... but not really. I don't think I would have achieved this result trying to source the materials for the look we specified. They delivered on every request from no seams on flat surfaces to ceiling height panels to the grab rails, plumbing fixtures, seat and more. Very diligent crew that really delivered in 3 days (they said two originally but every house is going to present structural challenges - like mine). This project would have taken me a lot longer to complete. All in all, if you can make peace with the cost and know that kitchens and bathrooms are value adding - this is probably a pretty good value. And - this was contracted through HD so we knew nobody was getting paid until we signed off. I do recommend this company for a quality bath remodel.

Powers Bath and Remodel did an excellent job for us! Matt, Mike, and Emily were very professional dealing with the administration services that they provided for our bathtub replacement and installations. Gregg and Brandon were here on time each day, through icy, snowy weather, and hazardous road conditions. There was a tiny leak in the original pipes in one bathroom that put them behind schedule; however, their contracted plumber came the following day and did an awesome job on the necessary repair and work. Gregg and Brandon finished the bathtub replacement and installations on time, their craftsmanship was excellent, and they cleaned up afterwards beautifully! They truly are master craftsmen! We love our new shower and bathtub! We highly appreciate and recommend Powers Bath and Remodel! Thank you!

I can’t even rate this place. There customer service is next to none in the worst way. Linda Harris-Rogers is very rude and unhelpful. She was very irritable and clearly did not want our business. I hope the manager sees this and addresses her lack of customer service skills. Felt very very unwelcome.

I've never been made to feel less welcome in a place of business before. I came in with a few questions about a bathtub, and the sales lady's tone and demeanor was icy and almost standoffish. The gest of the conversation was that they didn't really stock what I was looking for, which would have been fine, had there been some effort on her part to guide me towards a solution. Instead I left feeling shut down and shooed out the door. I'm leaving 2 stars because I came in the previous day, and when I walked into an empty front showroom, one of the salespeople in back found me and was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Maybe it was an off day for the sales lady, but the experience was bad enough to steer me away from this business for good and actually take the time to complain about it online.

The Fixture Gallery is a great resource for anyone needing to update their plumbing fixtures in their home. Linda Harris-Rogers is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She will take the time to listen to your needs and your desires, and then help you find just the right fixtures to make your home or remodel perfect. I highly recommend a visit to their showroom. This will inspire you to see what is possible in upgrading your current home or selecting fixtures for a new home.

I was completely impressed with everything about this business. The showroom is beautiful and houses tons of choices for faucets and fixtures, a few sinks for both bath and kitchen.
The reason I'm writing this review is because of Linda, one of the most competent, patient, efficient, knowledgeable employees I've run into in a very long time. Just when I despair that customer service is no longer in the American vocabulary, Linda proved me wrong.
My husband and I returned multiple times to the showroom, helped by Linda every time. I was constantly amazed by her breadth of knowledge and command of the information contained in the thick catalogues, turning directly to the relevant page for specs.
We also had a great deal of fun together. You might ask what's fun about a faucet, but somehow we managed to enjoy ourselves while in Linda's presence.
I would recommend this business and particularly their employee Linda without reservation.

I just got the coolest customer service from a guy name Ethen at Keller Supply.

I install low threshold showers for disabled veterans and seniors. Keller works with me on products and pricing.

It takes me a lot to write a review, especially a 1-star. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this business has very poor customer service. I’ll preface this with I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company for my homes. You walk in and they do not greet you, they barely look up. The interactions with their employees are as dull as they come. Marcy, one of their managers (I’d assume because of her power trips) jumped down my throat for not calling ahead before I came TO GIVE THEM MORE MONEY. She’s the worst part of this business and I will no longer use keller for their services. They’ve lost me and my plumber, worth tens of thousands a year. I hope that employee Marcy is worth that to them, and I wouldn’t be surprised if many more customers leave because of her and the overall customer service. As a business owner, I’m looking at you whoever runs this place: you have a choice, it all starts with you at the top. You set the standards, you set the culture. Your move.

Keller Supply is awesome to work with. They are definately all about customer service!!!
