Reviews of local pros in Eugene, Oregon

We worked along side Solsken as a General Contractor. It was an extremely difficult 1910 3 story Victorian which included several different roofs including a 13/12 at the very top. These guys made it look easy. From day one we experienced nothing but professionalism on every level. From the owner all the way down to the laborers every single crew member was kind, hard working and professional. They were a honor to work side by side with. There attention to detail and communication every step of the way was second to none. Ive worked with numerous roofers previously and none of them came close to the craftsmanship, reliability and fair pricing that Solsken came to the table with. Last but certainly not least I am ALWAYS having to go behind the roofers and cleaning up after them. Solsken clean up after the job was done was immaculate. Not one scrap anywhere was found on the entire jobsite.

If you need a honest reliable fair priced company for your roofing needs, look no further. We will be having them do ALL of our roofs from this point forward!

Very professional. Everything in order , no complaints, would recommend to anyone needing a new roof or repairs.

I’ll tell you what you ain’t gonna get better service and them boys sure do work hard and know their stuff. I suggest anybody wanting a roof call Sulken Roofing

John is professional and easy to work with. Answered all questions about some work he is going to bid soon. Looking forward to working with him and his team.

Local company. Reliable. Very happy with the speed and efficiency of Solsken Roofing. Showed up on time and completed the job when we were told it would be done. Highly recommend!

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Solsken Roofing , and I can't recommend them enough! From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the entire process to me and answered all my questions, making me feel confident in my decision.

John and his team did a very large and complex roofing project for us. They offered financially efficient creative solutions to things that came up. They were thorough and from what I can tell, the quality is excellent.

Absolutely stellar roofing service! Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are unmatched. Highly recommend!

It was a great experience from the first call to set up an appointment to getting the job completed. They listened, understood, quoted what I needed and didn’t upsell me. Once they started, they got the job done quickly and it looks amazing. Very happy with them and would highly recommend. 5 stars all the way.

Solsken roofing has done an amazing job for me. All of the employees were kind and knowledgable. I have a solid roof now, and it was done for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Solsken is amazing!
The team was very quick to evaluate our roof! They provided a thorough quote for repairs and quickly scheduled the repairs. The quote was competitive and the service impeccable!
I highly recommend Solsken Roofing

We have roof moss. I contacted John Gaudette who inspected the roof and gutters and gave me a reasonable quote to treat the moss and clean the gutters. No high pressure no sales BS, just quality service at a fair price. I will continue using Solsken roofing to extend the life of my existing roof and to replace it when the time comes.

John and the team are awesome! We had them do some siding work and repaint the face of our house. All work came out excellent even after running into a few hiccups with more advanced damage than anticipated. They were communicative throughout the multi-day process about their findings and what the next steps were.

The final result looks amazing and the pricing was super reasonable for the quality of work - I highly recommend their services!

Solsken Roofing did a great job putting a new roof and gutters on my house. They were efficient and easy to work with. They worked fast, were professionals and cleaned up the mess. Even washed my skylight off. I highly recommend!

I needed an inspection of the roof of my house as I had not had any maintenance since it was built. Johnathan and his team from Solsken Roofing were excellent to work with. He was very easy to communicate with and did a very thorough inspection of my roof. He was very knowledgeable, provided great recommendations as well as affordable pricing. I would highly recommend Solsken Roofing to anyone in need of roofing repairs or maintenance.

These guys were awesome! Super quick, did a fantastic job, and didn't break my pocket book. My roof looks amazing, 10/10 would recommend!! Thank you

I'm beyond impressed with this roofing company! They fixed my leaky roof in record time, and now I have zero leaks. Fast, efficient, and top-notch service – highly recommend!

This roofing company exceeded all my expectations! Their team was professional, efficient, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs. Definitely a 5-star experience from start to finish!

We got quotes from four or five different roofing companies, and Solsken Roofing had the best price by far. Johnathan Gaudette was super friendly, honest, and down-to-earth. He came out personally, talked with us at length about our situation, and found a unique solution for our roof when we only needed one more layer of shingles. You can tell he actually cares about helping people, not just making a sale. His team came out and were very friendly and professional, cleaning out our gutters and combing the perimeter for metal from the job. Great, efficient crew and five stars all
Around. Highly recommend — the most trustworthy roofer we met!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The crew was professional, hardworking, and respectful of our property. They showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and completed the job efficiently without cutting corners. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and our new roof looks great. Cleanup was thorough, which we really appreciated. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

I’m so happy with the job Solsken Roofing did on my roof. Not only did they upgrade my shingles, but I was shocked when John sent me photos that the previous roofers had not properly installed the vents on my roof! In fact they didn’t install them at all, they cut corners by just putting the vent covers in the appropriate places so the installation *appeared* correct. I have always had trouble regulating the temperature upstairs in my house, but John’s team reinstalled the vents correctly (and he didn’t even charge me extra) and now my upstairs is noticeably cooler. That level of integrity means a lot to me. I might never have known it was incorrectly installed if he hadn’t shown me and fixed it. It’s nice to know there are still craftsmen out there who care about doing the job right! Couldn’t be happier with the finished product and I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs an honest, reliable contractor.
