Forefront Electric completed work in preparation for a new fireplace December 2024. Assessment of breaker capacity, recommended project plan and coordination with fireplace company, along with prompt and timely completion resulted in a most successful installation. Personable, knowledgeable, responsive and easy to communicate with led me to have them return for light fixture repair and update from florescent to LED. Appreciate the company's attention to customer service with dependable results.

Riley was our technician today installing six brand new Room heaters and thermostats. He worked patiently and professionally. He also volunteered to help us move a rug from a neighbor's house to our house! This is service over and above anything we have ever seen. We recently needed an emergency replacement of the main electrical panel at our home. Forefront Electric responded within 2 hours and arranged the shutoff of our power until they could return the following day to replace it. They arrived bright and early the next morning to begin the work. Best of all, the office manager, Jennie, showed up with steaming hot coffee and donuts for the family, recognizing that we hadn't had the ability to prepare breakfast. Now that's exceptional customer service!!

Wilson and Dylan worked diligently to get our power restored by 4:00. They were professional and totally competent, in addition to being friendly and smiling despite some challenging circumstances. Wilson identified several additional areas of concern, which they corrected as well. We were offered multiple choices regarding the level of service we wanted, and the prices were presented upfront.

We have scheduled Forefront Electric to return to our home and install a RV hookup, again being offered a variety of options with the price quoted upfront.

We are totally satisfied with the quality of work done and the amazing and ethical customer service provided by Forefront!

The guys were awesome. They showed up the day after I called. Other companies had a several week wait. It took a whole day to find the wire which had burned out and was only charged what I was quoted for a much less labor intensive repair. I wouldn't hesitate to go with Forefront Electric again. Call them first for fast service and fair pricing.

Riley and company did a complete rewiring of our 100 year old home. I would highly recommend him. Polite, knowledgeable, on time, and surprise of surprises, answers his phone. After trying to get other companies to call back to bid our job, we were pleasantly surprised he followed up, and came in a short manner to bid our job! He believes in Customer Service. Riley is very knowledgeable, professional electrician, I would hire him if it was in my budget. I had know idea how much wall heaters were.

Riley responded back to my email and completed my job during a time when noone else was even calling me back. He then fit me in for a repair to my RV hookup panel that was becoming time critical. He made room in his schedule for me which I appreciate more than I can say. He finished the repair in 2 business days which included ordering parts and communicated with me through the whole process. This eliminated a huge chunk of stress I had been feeling about moving to my new property in Florence. On top of that, he is very nice and polite which is important to me.
