Highly recommend this company based on personal experience. The office personnel (Josy) was attentive, informative, and a delight to speak with. Scheduling and follow-up communications were a breeze! The service representative (Sergey L.) that came onsite for the work needed was OUTSTANDING in every way: timely, polite, professional, and clearly very experienced in his profession. Sergey engaged continuously throughout the work process ensuring that the homeowner was aware of his activities, explaining the need and process along the way. His attitude and conduct were truly delightful - he is a customer service superstar! In fact, everyone we came in contact with was top notch in their class. Well done Mr. Electric team!!!

Sergey did a great job! Needed a EV outlet installed and found other issues. He explained the issues and solutions. Fixed and installed the outlet in a relatively short amount of time!

Sergey from Mr. Electric was super professional and helpful, even showed up same day due to a cancellation. I’ve been having flickering lights for the past several days and it was making me nervous. They came right out and did a full diagnostic on my home and tightened some wires in my breaker box. Hopefully the issue is resolved.

Rick and Kole did a great job today. We had them come out for what we thought was a routine set up for our oven, but we quickly learned that our breaker was very outdated and recalled. They were very helpful in explaining everything and replaced our breaker same day. They also helped move our new oven in. They made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. I will definitely call them in the future for any of my electric needs!

Mr. Electric was a great help. Jordan got everything done in a timely manner. While other reviews may say they are pricy. They are worth it. I will advise is if you are upgrading your home to smart switches that you don't think about using z-wave as they don't seem to be standard for US smart home installation.

Sergey did great. He was professional, very knowledgeable, very polite and explained everything good, and he needs a huge raise, for what he knows and how he treats the customers.
We will not have any other electrician to do projects at our house. We are very confident in his work.

Sergey is incredible. I've now worked with him on repairs of outlets, installation of electric car charging and remodeling of an office with removal, movement, and upgrade of wires across the new space. He's always professional and efficient. Definitely will continue using his service if needed in the future!

I'm in the midst of a to-the-studs remodel of a 1948 home in Gladstone. The original wiring was ungrounded and the panel upgrade circa 1980 was insufficient for the high electrical demands of a modern home, much less the expected amp draw in the future with multiple EV chargers. We ripped it out and started over. Mr. Electric managed the project to replace the entire electrical service starting at the power pole in the street. The home now has a 320A service, new meter/main setup, and a pair of Leviton Load Center smart panels. With this new setup the home is ready for at least the next 50 years.

What I appreciate the most about Mr. Electric's team is their professionalism. Every technician who came to the property knew his craft and expressed a positive, friendly attitude. Further, the team managed each detail of the project scope, permits, coordinating with PGE crews, and inspections. I'm confident the job was done right and exceeds building code.

There are a lot of construction tasks I'm willing to tackle myself, but not the installation of a new electrical service. Bring in the pros and make sure this foundational element is correct.

Rick and Chris installed a chandelier in our dining room, they did an outstanding job and were extremely professional. Highly recommended!

Raul was thorough and professional and didn't try to hard upsell or overcharge for what turned out to be a simple GHCI outlet replacement.
